Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Baristas are very unfriendly and always have gloomy faces. Baristas will actually fight with customers to prove their right, that is if they are not making pass' at the men who come in the store. Service is terrible and the manager is so stuck on himself. He thinks he is the God of Starbucks (Sean Tu), he treats his employee's unfairly and is just like a double sided coin. Prays on the weak Baristas and lets the strong personality Barista's walk all over him. In one instance he threaten violence on one of his employee's. This is no surprise though, because there is a regular who comes in shouting profanity and waving a blade around in his hand. Sean does nothing because they are friendly.????? Don't even ask how many times drinks have been made sub-par and then passed on to the customer. Ever seen the movie "The Waiting". This Starbucks is adjacent to the lobby of a midsized office bldg inside of it.

It is very busy and I am impressed with how efficient and professional the Staff is handling the large morning and lunch rushes, as well as fast and accurate with orders.

There is a decent amount of seating and some nice outdoor tables.

They open early and close at 7pm and are closed on weekends.

The toilet is down the hall in the actual office bldg, not in the 'bucks.

The customers are mostly professionals/office workers.

This branch ranks as one of my top 10 Starbucks...

Horrible service! I ordered a sandwich sat down and waited 20min thinking wow it's taking a long time just for a sandwich so I went to counter to find out what was going on and the lady looked at me puzzled and said oh did you order something and I replied yes a sandwich. Then she says I never got an order for it I'll warm one right now. I literally ordered it right in front of her.. I got my refund and left. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED...
