Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Went through the drive thru today around 9 am, for an hot grande americano and it tasted like luke warm milk. I had to drive into the parking lot walk in to ask someone if they can add a shot because it didn’t taste like it had any caffeine. One of the girls that was in the drive thru helped. Grabbed my cup and asked how many shots i wanted. I said 2 as long as it tastes like an americano. She tell the guy that’s making the coffees tall Latino guy to add some shots. He proceeds to continue to make the other drinks. 10 minutes go by i get completely ignored. I go to the register to ask for a refund. The cashier didn’t know how to give me credit on a card. She was sweet and was the only one that was apologetic for the bad service. This place has a bad reputation. Corporate!! Really? Do you not care?! You see the bad reviews and nothing improves! You have got to have these baristas trained properly. They don’t know how to make americanos and they are so scattered every time! I’ve never seen such a badly run Starbucks as this one. Please people do yourself a favor! Go elsewhere this is just a waste of time. I wasted 30 minutes and no drink! Literally...

I would give it 5 stars but I give it 4 stars because they often are out of stock which is SO ANNOYING when you're craving something. I almost always order the same thing, either a pineapple passion fruit refresher and cheese Danish or cake pop ...I also wish they would be open later than they are because for some reason my starbucks cravings kick in around 9pm lol but I'll have to drive to the one in Glendale but otherwise I love that this place is so close to my house and their is usually a line but it goes by pretty quickly so don't be overwhelmed if you pull up and see a line ... hop in that line sis 🤪 you'll have your Frappuccino before you know it. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. We moved to the neighborhood a few months ago and the Starbucks was closed for renovation which is fine. But since then they are only open maybe four days a week, the drive-through line is closed intermittently almost every day, and And very often they’ll close the lobby even if the drive-through is open at random times during the day I never know if I’m going to be able to get coffee. And to add insult to injury one day I was going through drive-through and asked for an ice coffee with no sweetener and the server said are you sure you don’t want sweetener it’s going to taste terrible and I said yes and strangely the coffee tasted gross not strong or dark but like it was weeks old or something was wrong with it I...
