Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service Dear Thai Eagle Rox Owners! I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the consistently poor service I have experienced at your establishment. Unfortunately, my recent visit highlighted several unprofessional behaviors that I cannot overlook. Firstly, the staff’s attitude towards customers is appalling. The employees, including the individual who claimed to be the manager, were rude, disrespectful, and ill-mannered. Their behavior was unacceptable and left me feeling deeply disappointed. If the manager, who should set an example of professionalism, behaves this way, it raises serious concerns about the overall culture and training at your restaurant. Moreover, every time I have visited, orders have been excessively delayed—sometimes by over an hour—with no apologies or efforts to make amends. Instead of taking responsibility or showing any courtesy, the staff acted as though such delays are normal. This level of disregard for customers’ time and satisfaction is entirely unacceptable. To make matters worse, during my most recent visit, when I asked for a complaint book, I was informed that none was available. When I requested to speak with the manager, the individual who had been yelling at me claimed to hold that role. Such unprofessional conduct is shocking, to say the least. This pattern of poor service is not an isolated incident. Many of my friends and acquaintances have had similar negative experiences at your restaurant, and your employees’ treatment of delivery drivers is equally disheartening. On one occasion, I personally witnessed a delivery woman being insulted by your staff. Restaurants thrive on customer satisfaction and positive experiences. Unfortunately, your establishment fails in these essential aspects. Until drastic improvements are made in your customer service standards, staff training, and overall professionalism, I will not recommend your restaurant to anyone, as I wouldn’t want them to endure the same frustration and disappointment. I strongly urge you to address these issues immediately to prevent further damage to your reputation. Your staff needs proper training in customer service, and management should enforce accountability for their behavior. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that necessary changes are...
Read moreThe menu says BBQ Pork Ribs "from the GRILL", unfortunately the spell check must be broken since "refrigerator" is spelled wrong. Our ribs were barely warm and came with a long hair in the sauce. Doing our very best to look past this, we then moved on to the classic Thai Tom Yum Soup with Shrimp. It arrived with plenty of fanfare, the waitress warned us to lean back and lit the warmer with a spectacular flame that was over foot high off the table! Sadly, after 2 minutes the flames died out and we enjoyed... you guessed it... barely warm soup. I'm actually not sure what the two chefs in the kitchen were busy doing, since we were only one of three parties in the place on a slow Saturday afternoon. Maybe the microwave took the day off? We decided to skip dessert and cut our losses short. With so many other better options in the area, I would definitely recommend skipping this...
Read moreI’ve been here many times now and it consistently good. I’ve only had the red chicken curry with bamboo and the basil mint leave dish. The curry is creamy and the flavor is good. I’ve traveled the country for four years try and Thai food all over and this is the best curry consistently I’ve tried. I’ve also been to Thailand and tried curry there which was the best of course. But most curry is watered down and salty. This one is super creamy and a little thicker. The basil garlic dish is so flavorful and fresh. A dish I always get at Thai restaurants and this one is really good 🤩.
The customer care is also AMAZING. I ordered for takeout tonight and when I got home one dish was not right. They replaced it right way with now hassle.
I’ve been eating Thai since I was 6 years old (literally) and this is a good spot I would...
