My son goes to school very close so each time we wanna go to Starbucks we go there ! Als way nice and kind staff who are willing to bend for and backwards to please you ! I also noticed there has been a lot of changes in staff over the last 3 years ! Well the other day I went there and I felt a weird feeling from the cashier like whatever I asked was just too much for her : grilled cheese sandwich ver very well toasted ! I received a normal toasted sandwich ( which a few times when I got it that way was still raw from the inside ) , that’s why now I ask for over-toasted ! So I went back and asked to please toast it for longer which was probably my against the cashiers will to comply according to her look at me but she did it ! This morning I was served by a very kind new face of a cashier at this Starbucks ! Again I requested kindly a very well toasted grilled cheese sandwich and again just normal toasted ! So I went back and that same woman came to help me and I said to her that I’d like this one more toasted and I remembered her attitude last time and she said she can make me a new one and I dropped my sandwich on the table thinking she would warm up mine ( like they have done in the past ) . She said we cannot take this one back and I said then pls do whatever u want with this one ( couldn’t stand her attitude) and walked back to the seat waiting for my new one . 5 min later I went back to the cashier and she came and said : did we decide what we want to do ? And I looked at her surprised and said well yes I thought you are making a new one ! Otherwise I want my money back ! She said she will reimburse me but then I said no just make Anne a new one ! She said she will refuse service to me ! Anyway …I get it that she was just an unhappy person playing her power trip ! The cashier who origin served us apply a few times for her behavior! That’s how you act in the service industry! You apologize even if u disagree and try to reduce any aggression that could arise ! Read moreThis has always been my regular Starbucks since I live down the street and it’s usually not as busy inside. I normally wouldn’t be one to do this but this one been moving extremely slow with super long wait times lately. The last few times, there haven’t been any cars in the drive through, maybe one person in line. And both times it’s been taking at least 15 minutes for my mobile order drink. This most recent time they didn’t even look at mobile orders until I asked about mine, which was around seven minutes after I ordered. Once I finally got my drink 20 minutes later, and it had about an inch of foam, the foam didn’t even go to the top and didn’t really taste like anything, when I had light foam and multiple pumps of syrup. I would’ve asked them to remake it if I didn’t actually have somewhere to be after waiting for 20 minutes. I’ll have to start going to another store. Even if I hadn’t asked for light foam, the drink was maybe only filled 3/4 of the way, including the foam that was on top of it. I would have asked for them to remake but but I’d already waited 20 minutes and didn’t have time to sit and wait for another 10. Theres one guy who I think might be a manager who is black with curly hair who is always great and the store moves much more efficiently with him there. Read moreLine always long (25 min on average). Always out of stock of common items (who runs out of chai?). If you order on the app for pick up..to save time.. the door is always closed so you have to still wait in line or awkwardly walk up to the drive thru window. They can't get it together. I've stopped going to Starbucks entirely.. every time I think it will be better and try it again it still sucks and makes me late for work. I used to go to Starbucks out of convenience and how quick it should be but other coffee shops are better quality and take less time and aren't owned by huge corporations who happily cut down the Amazon rain forest.
