This place should win as thee worst Starbucks everrrrr...
So I went to this Starbucks once, and once was already enough. I walked up to the kiosk, and asked the girl for a short decaf. The girl looked at me as if I was speaking Swahili, and my "complicated" order obviously confused her; so she consulted her manager. After I received my coffee, I needed to use the restroom. I waited and waited, because as I tried to open the door, it clearly seemed locked. After waiting over 20 minutes, I noticed nobody ever came out. So I overheard a guy asking the barrista at the kiosk about the toilet, and she said the door is really hard to open, and to give the door a really hard kick. So he went in while I continued to wait. I went to sit down, and when he got out, I ran over there, and found the door was completely sealed shut, after several attempts to use my entire bodyweight to open it. Next thing I knew, my phone died, so I looked for an outlet, to plug in my charger. NO OUTLET! I asked the barrista and she said they didn't have any! Whaaaat? A Starbucks with no outlets?! Never heard that before! I didn't get it; ok, they were a drive through, but there were at least 8 outdoor tables, many with awnings, so clearly people do sit and chill there, and I'm sure some use their phones/ computers etc. No outlets!! Blew my mind. This Starbucks is a joke. Its loaded with inconveniences; incompetent barristas who have never heard of decaf coffee, a restroom door that requires a demolition to open it, and no bloody outlets to recharge devices. Won't be back anytime soon,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSecond Starbucks to refuse bathroom. First one was when I was 5 or 7 months pregnant. I even clarified that they were residing the bathroom to a pregnant lady with diabetes. They told me to pay first. That was 2 years ago. I havenāt had an issue after that until last week. My 4 year old had to pee badly. I figured Starbucks so we can get drink and cake pops after. They refused the bathroom for my 4 year old asking to order and pay first. I told them he couldnāt hold it. Heās 4!!! They said it policy. I canāt believe that a company would have this police towards children and pregnant woman. Then I called to place a complaint the representative was short and kept repeating it was policy. I asked for a manger. He said I donāt have one. I said you donāt have a manager? Then a higher up. He said I have a supervisor. Beyond defensive no compassion. The supervisor was sweet and apologetic. She said they would call me back 2-3 day to get more info and nothing. Disappointed this company is so busy worrying about inclusion but disregard mothers...
