I come here during the weekends because im from all the way in Pasadena, so oftentimes im here to either work or transfer some files for work from the week. So, I can speak for the Saturday morning behavior.
I order typically though the app even when there isnt a line mainly because i dont like to leave my seat with my stuff unattended. The bathrooms are gender neutral and they are kept pretty clean. There isnt a code or a key needed to get in or anything - if its locked, someone's in there.
What I have trouble with this place is that there are very few outlets to work with, and the tables that have the outlets close to them are bar height tables that tightly sits 2 people - not very comfortable either if you want to sit for a long time and have a lot of stuff you bring with you. So, there are 3 bar tables for 2 pairs of outlets.
There is also one hidden outlet under the large conference looking table right in front of the counter. Looks like you will need to carry your own multi-tap adapter to get the other side of the table to have power. For now, this...
Ā Ā Ā Read more2 things.. i ordered grande hazelnut latte with regular milk (I always say this because when I say whole milk, they hear Oatmilk) , repeated to the cashier, whole milk regular milk twice,no foam with whip. I was watching the barista and made with 2% milk. I politely said I ordered with whole milk. He replaced but said that when you say regular milk itās 2%.. really? since when?I told the cashier whole/regular milk.. twice! Ok.. Iām not being picky or being an annoying customer but if Iām paying $5 something, I want my drink right. I let pass mistakes go but not this time.. itās too much. Next, look at the picture, I opened the lid and voilĆ ! Itās 3/4 cup (of course, whip melted already).. didnāt I say no foam?? the milk was foamy so when it settled, itās 3/4 cup of a grande.. this only happens to me at Playa Vista branch all the time..Aww Lawd!!! I let it pass again..I donāt have the energy! My drink is I think the easiest, most straightforward latte.. no fuss.. Other branches, even in a drive thru make it right because they listen and made every cup worth...
