I’ve been going to Dr. Wang for over a year now and figured it was time to update my review. She’s been consistently awesome. Always prompt, never makes me feel rushed, and genuinely cares about my concerns.

I recently had my first laser skin resurfacing with her, and she was incredibly thorough in explaining everything, aftercare, what products to avoid, what to use, timelines, all of it. She even provided everything I’d need for the aftercare so I didn’t have to go hunting around for stuff while looking like a tomato.

The whole experience felt very professional but still personal. You can tell she’s super knowledgeable and meticulous, which makes you feel like you’re in really good hands.

It’s rare to find someone who’s this good and this consistent over time.

Old: Dr. Wang is now my go-to dermatologist in Los Angeles, and who I recommend to all my friends. Setting up an appointment is a breeze with her online system, and the whole onboarding process is quick and easy. Plus, her office is always bright and super clean, and parking is a non-issue.

I’ve had Botox with her about four times, and every time she gets it just right. I can still express myself naturally and pass as human. She really listens when I talk about what I want and never tries to push anything extra. It’s clear she’s up-to-date on the latest procedures, and I trust her judgment completely.

Her team is great too. Tommy, in particular, always makes sure everything runs smoothly—he’s a real standout. I’ve never had to wait and my appointments are always on time.

Highlights of the office: Easy, free street parking by the office and one block from the Runway with a bunch of cute shops and restaurants I have never had to wait more than 2 minutes to be seen by the doctor Modern office with state of the art derm technology

Treatments that I got from Dr. Wang: Revepeel chemical peel: I have done so many lasers and used hydroquinone for years but THIS treatment was the most effective at reducing stubborn dark spots on my face from years of tanning. The peel comes with a whole skincare kit and it’s much more affordable than other treatments I’ve done, plus with much better results. Blood vessel laser: in 5 minutes Dr. Wang zapped all of my red blood vessels which made the biggest difference in the evenness of my skin. Toenail medication which transformed my toes

I felt like the appointment was rushed by the doctor. I expressed some concern over a few moles on my back but I felt she missed the mark with a very quick scan and she refused to do a full scan because I had one 6 months ago (every dermatologist I’ve been to has recommended me to go every 6 months because of my fair skin, family history of skin cancer, and I have a lot of moles all over my body. Dr. Wang is the only one who said yearly is enough, and then to refuse to do so after I asked for it is a whole other story).

I found someone else who took a look a couple weeks later, ended up getting a biopsy of 2 moles on my back where Dr. Wang also looked and I felt like they genuinely cared. I’m giving 2 stars because for me having a proper and thorough skin check semi annually is necessary, and I did not find it here.
