Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Let me run it down for you. I just ordered my drink at the front counter and proceed to go sit down in order to wait for my order to be finished. I then begin to hear a familiar sound. Faint, but familiar. I think nothing of It, however, it keeps getting louder and louder until I recognize it. It was non other than I Really Want To Stay At Your House from Cyberpunk Edgerunners. I try to locate the source of such an atrocity which I later found out was being played through the Starbucks speakers. I thought I was going through a brain dance with Lucy there, standing in front of me, waving, smiling… but that reality doesn’t exist. I was on the verge of tears and having a full on breakdown due to the physiological trauma that single song has caused me but no one consoled me. No understood that damage that show has caused and its song. It was as if depression was forcing its way into my skull filling my mind with thoughts. However, I couldn’t move. I couldn’t leave. I couldn’t do anything to stop this violation because I was forced to wait for the product that I long forgot about. But then, I heard my name and I was released from the grasps of death. I delivered to your customer this morning. Ordered a coffee for myself also. This store needs coffee cup lids that stay on the cup. Not only did the lid easily fall off my cup and spill in my car... the customer order was spilled upon my store arrival with no coffee stopper. The barista quickly made a new coffee, but that lid did not stay on either and leaked all over the cup and delivery bag. I am a business owner and give a high level of service, as Starbucks should as well, with your reputation and high prices, you all need a new way to deliver drinks, so they don't spill. All you have to do is look at most of the other coffee houses and fast food establishments that are sealing and bagging their orders much better than Starbucks. I'll avoid delivering from this store until quality cups and lids are replaced with these flimsy coffee lids. Do better Starbucks. You have a reputation to uphold! You have the honor to be at the Disney parks! Do better before some greater coffee house rises up to take your place. Barista said your the #1 store in LA for deliveries. It's quite clear your store needs more help for am shift. If you overwhelm your employees, they will quit. Best of luck making...

Crammed parking lot, rude people that frequent here and work here, and the drinks are drowned in water. I've stopped going to this location because of that. My drink was ready, and the arrogant employee didn't even bother to let me know. They just continued to talk with one another as if they couldn't be bothered.

Also, the drivers are horrible whipping around you only to be in front of you and end up in the same parking lot going to the same coffee shop. I honestly don't know why it's so challenging for people to be just decent people. And mind you, I'm super easy going, chill and have no outlandish requests. I walk in, place my simple order that's on the menu, pay for it, then wait for my name to be called, grab and walk out. That's it. I have very minimal engagement so there's no reason whatsoever for these people to behave this way. If you dislike your job, then leave. There are people struggling to find work who will gladly take yours. Will never ever go to this...
