While waiting (not for long as it is very quick service), Tallulah Marlene prepares to see her friend, Louisa G. Without treats or petting, simply by the tone of Louisa’s voice, Tallulah knows she’s being praised and relishes the attention. Although Louisa is a favorite, this Taco Bell has had the best and friendliest cashiers for many years.
The Taco Bell at Sunset/PCH is the only fast food joint on my way home from work and 5 minutes away from my apartment. I have dined there every week for over a decade and every other week when they dropped the Mexican Pizza, which qualifies me a subject matter expert. Never has my order been wrong or bag packed incorrectly, and I hope this review doesn’t jinx my long run!

Read moreGreat location next to the beach and parking is always available. Walked in no one was at the registers. Shortly after the Manager came to the register to do something at the register but still no acknowledgement or greeting. After several moments i decided to greet him first. He greeted back with less than enthusiasm then asked if he could help me. Several ladies walked by a few times looked at me but no acknowledgement. This has happened the 3 out of 4 times I've been here. The burrito was made well but customer service is poor and needs improvement. I noticed they seem to be more enthusiastic with white customers even when treated poorly....
