Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Very bad starbucks... Terrible customer service. Disgusting atmosphere.. Dirty area.. Trash can smells bad always.. Terrible ingredients.. The wiped cream is always old.. Only one server knows what he's doing.. Every time I get a drink from there, it does not matter what it is.. I get sick rite after I drink it.. I throw up & diarrhoea... I tried other starbucks locations, they are just as bad... And extremely expensive.. The hot food is always old, greasy, and tiny. They close at 8pm, so when I go there at 7:45 pm, they can't serve me because they shut everything down, and their excuse is they are cleaning.. Last week I ordered an espresso frap, the server told me, it'll take few minutes because he has to read the instructions on how to make one... And half of the workers are on drugs(meth). They are not consistent, , they never know how to prepar the drinks.. the local residents in this neighborhood do not go to starbucks... I myself prefer the coffee from the 76 gas station next door.

You must close down the vons starbucks location.. nothing you can do to fix it... . We need a different coffee shop.. or...

Arrived at 7:25am. Paid $5.45 for a water and ham and cheese croissant. At 7:45 I asked an employee if Rena's order was made yet. Blond guy with reddish beard said No Rena's order wasn't ready yet! Seriously, slice a croissant in half, put a piece of ham and cheese on it, wrap it up, done. That was enough. Asked for my money back. Guy was apologetic and refunded my $3.50 back to my credit card. Waited 25 minutes for four employees to bumble around on a very light morning to slap a slice of ham and a slice of cheese between a croissant. Will not return. Late for work. Not sure if it was terrible customer service...

Worse Starbucks ever! I recently moved to the neighborhood and there are 2 Starbucks around, I tried to avoid going to this location since every single time you get the worse service, employees always rude, always make mistakes, today my drink was so horrible I couldn’t finish it! It was matcha, I have it up to 2-3 times a day, it’s so good for you and the other Starbucks does it great! Watch out they make mine with dairy milk vs almond so I saw it and asked-isn’t almond, they redid it but every time such an attitude, I hate it...
