Starbucks — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Ugh I had the worst experience ever today! Long story short I don’t know what is it with their microphone on the drive thru but they can’t seem to get an order right!!! I drove down to the store today because I had a birthday reward I was like ehhh why not I purchased 8 drinks idk which drink did the birthday reward applied on but oh well the cashier that took my order her name was ELLIE or ELI idk and I don’t care she’s rude AF and she got my order wrong, I nicely let her know that my order was wrong and told her I asked for a venti iced caramel macchiato upside down with extra caramel and this lady had the audacity to tell me oh do you just want the cup I was like noooo why would I want just a cup I want the size for the drink I paid for she then replied “well I can give you the cup but the amount of a grande coffee is the same amount for a venti we just add more ice”... like what the f... omg I was so disappointed she might be right but she just exposed her company I am getting less for my buck so she just told me that I am paying extra for the venti cup they just add more ice!!!!! I did call Corp and I am currently waiting for a DM to call this is unacceptable I don’t think the company wants their own employees to expose the well recognized coffee corporation like that lol this girl messed up by telling me this and for being a little sarcastic b.... trying to act funny with other coworkers. By the way the manager on duty was not able to resolve...

Today, I visited Starbucks in Sun Valley location and ordered two caramel macchiatos along with banana nut bread. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude behavior of one of the staff members, Mikayla.

Upon approaching the counter, Mikayla seemed disinterested and barely moved as she took my order. When I asked her to repeat something she had whispered, she responded rudely, almost shouting when confirming my order for banana nut bread. Despite the lackluster service, I still tipped her $1, although it seemed unappreciated.

As I proceeded to find a seat, Mikayla abruptly yelled for me to collect my banana nut bread from the cashier area, further highlighting her discourteous demeanor. To make matters worse, when my order was called, I received only one coffee instead of the two I had ordered. It was only after I inquired that the mistake was rectified, following confirmation from Mikayla herself.

Overall, the service provided by Mikayla was disappointing and left much to be desired. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the establishment but also detracts from the overall dining experience. I hope that management addresses these issues to ensure that all customers receive the level of service...

I come here every day almost every other day for coffee it's really really good especially some of the cold Brews of course the cold brews at times are made differently depending on who the mixologist is so some days it's amazing all the days mediocre or some days not up to par so kind of uneven not a lot of the times but at least 10 times out of 100 but today was really bad because the food breakfast sandwiches especially the gouda egg breakfast sandwich was so gross and disgusting it was on edible raw bacon so you might as well have had human flesh on top of this thing disgusting the bread so powdery and dry it would suck the moisture out of your mouth a lot of their sandwiches aren't very good they're over microwaved over hot most of the time a pretty hit or miss so all the service is excellent and some of the cold drinks are really good most of the breakfast food here is really really low on quality so my advice for this chain is to work on getting better breakfast food sandwiches but avoid the human flesh bacon gouda breakfast sandwich...
