El Pollo Loco — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I'm very rarely ever in this part of the Valle but last night I happend to be in the area plus very hungry too. However, there was a Make It or Break it factor that may of prevented my visit, exprience, and ultimately this review. EBT Card Accepted? My past experinces have rendered that it's a hit or miss in that some locations do while some don't some locations used to and some locations never have and never won't. This Location Does...I dined in the food was great, very hot & fresh It may of been the most delicious el pollo loco I ate of all time since my first in the summer of 1990. (However, in my state of hunger last night it may of been merely all mental within my mind i.e. Placebo Effect, Mood Congruent Context Dependency) Regardless, if not the Best it was Good. Brenda Brenda BRENDA!!! You are an angel! After my long shift I was dying to eat something tasty and filling. I’ve been to this location multiple times but I have never had such an impeccable experience like I had this day with Brenda. She was so nice and had so much knowledge about the menu. She sold me on the Birria quesadilla and tacos! After seeing it go viral on social media I had to get both! She told me about the pollo bowl and I was sold lol Ordered a bit more then I could eat but so happy with the service and the quality of the food! Birra was amazing 10/10, Tacos were a 9/10, Bowl was 8/10. Soda was a bit flat but none the less super happy. Thank you for being amazing and being so kind. This place wasn't actually what I was expecting to be served like everywhere else. They are very very limited on the condiments, such as the chiles serranos to make it just like you want it & supplies as well, when you actually expect them with the right customer service quality, & not like the rest of the restaurants when they do...The chicken is very dry, not juicy fresh and it feels like it is old to be fully satisfied. You expect to taste the fresh meal but unfortunately it doesn't feels like it... I'm so disappointed by going to this restaurant but it was the most convenient near me at the time when I was there locally...sorry guys but you need to improve your qualities in general as customers shouldn't be disappointed to be served at your...
