I placed an order yesterday on the app at around 3:45pm and scheduled it for pick up at 6. I used the BOGO50. When I get there, I call and they say that they never received my order, even though I received and order confirmation. Later I check my emails saying my order was cancelled. But I still have no refund in my account. I tried to replace the order online for the BOGO50 but their location said it was “offline” the employee working that night confirmed it for me and showed me on the computer that their wifi had been spotty all day and wasn’t working all the time. They didn’t want to honor the BOGO50 in the store so I had to pay full price for my sandwiches. I call their location today about my refund and they say they can’t do anything about it because it is not in their system. Essentially subway has stolen from me and won’t refund me because they claim they never received my order even tho I have a confirmation number and everything. The worker I spoke to on the phone kept making excuses that their wifi wasn’t out and that they received a lot of orders yesterday, as if that is my problem. I will not be eating at subway again, due to them stealing from me, their incompetent workers, poor customer service and for not having a legitimate customer service...

I have used coupons in this location before maybe she was in a bad mood or not meeting her numbers of the week . I asked for her name because she was not wearing a name tag , I wonder why ? I literally went in and got my food and used my coupon but when I went back with my friend to help her order the general manager said that they aren’t taking any coupons when it was less than an hour ago that I had gone by myself. I have worked for subway 7 years and never had we stopped taking coupons mid day.
