Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Worst subway experience ever. So I’m partially deaf and as soon as I go in the lady (yes HER, the one everyone keeps complaining about) is already seemingly shouting at me. I said I couldn’t hear mainly because she had a low face mask and she rolled her eyes and made this very angry face. She said “what do you want?” And I said I wasn’t sure so she let out this extremely upset/annoyed gesture with her whole body. Like WTH! Whatever, told her I wasn’t ready yet and that I was going to look. There’s stickers and options everywhere so it was a bit confusing since it had been a while I’d gone to a subway and what I usually had wasn’t on the menu. There’s no other customers so I’m taking my time to try and read. Well she didn’t even give me two minutes before she screamed if I’m going to buy anything. I should have just left right there and then. I asked her if they still had the black ham and she screams all angrily at me and says that it’s Black Forest ham and then grabbed the ham and turkey breast and held them up screaming “this is turkey breast and this, THIS is Black Forest ham.” Honestly felt like she was going to throw them to my face from how she was acting. Ordered my sub and she was mad I asked her about condiments. I asked about putting a side of the mayo because they always put too much and she said “no, we don’t do that.” Every other subway does but whatever. She got mad I didn’t add other stuff to the sub and then she threw the bag at me once I paid. The whole time she looked at me as if I was stupid but I couldn’t hear her and couldn’t read her lips. I didn’t even want to eat after this whole deal because it honestly sets a bad vibe and that’s no way for me to “enjoy” this overpriced sandwich. If I hadn’t ever gone to a subway before and this was my first experience trust me I would never have gone back to them. If you can, avoid this subway at all costs. Worst subway I've ever been to!! I agree with the other reviewers. The Indian lady is VERY rude. There were no customers in the front and she literally watched my mother and I eat. While she was doing so, she kept giving me a mad face, which was pretty creepy. I should have taken a picture of the death stare she gave us. She was also upset that my mother asked for a water cup and watched as my mother self-served herself. I will never come to this specific subway again. Their customer service is so horrible! Not only that, she was extremely stingy with the food. She barely put any veggies or chicken in my wrap. When I asked for more lettuce, she made a face and mumbled something. Roaches infested inside by the TV and trash. There is an Indian lady who avoids taking any responsibility, but she is the manager and the wife of the owner. She argues with anybody who comments on the place and does not use gloves to handle the food. She has dropped meats and vegetables and she places it back with the other food. She does anything to avoid throwing away anything and giving everything to the minimum. She is aware that flies land on the food and she doesn't react to this. She is disgusting and this places needs to be inspected heavily. If you or anybody disregards this warning, go inside and take a careful look at everything.
