This is the worst subway I have ever been to. The sad part is that it's half a block from my house, so I've been here many times and had many bad experiences. Todays straw literally broke the camels back, I will drive 30 minutes if I have to, just to avoid ever stepping foot in this subway ever again. The employees never smile nor are they ever welcoming, they all look like they hate their lives and you just walked in to make their life more miserable. The stations are always messy, nothing ever looks or tastes fresh (ex. Bread, meat, veggies). I always get coupons from subway in the mail, hardly ever use it but I remembered today that I had em. Walked in to get my footlong for $5.99 with my coupon, not a bad deal to get a $10 sandwich for $6. The lady sees me holding the coupon in my hand, makes my sandwich, which looked like something you put together to feed your dog, I don't understand why it's so hard to put the ingredients evenly on the sandwich. One bite has double meat and double tomatoes, while the other bite is just lettuce, cucumbers, and triple cheese. Anyway, as I said, she sees me holding the coupon, as she's about to ring me up, I give her the coupon and she says "we don't participate in coupons". I said "but you guys keep mailing coupons to me every couple weeks, I literally live down the street" and she says "I dunno, I'm only manager, not owner. The owner not accept coupon". This time I asked "than where can I use the coupon? It just says not valid in Alaska or Hawaii." She answers me " I dunno, I'm only manager" at this point I realized that I'm talking to a cabbage patch doll with sh*t for brains, so I paid my $9.69 and walked out with my messy sponge disguised as a...
Read moreHorrible management! This Subway location really needs to get investigated, there is racism, favoritism and so much more going on behind closed doors. It makes me ferrous to know how awful they treat their employees. Especially the ones that are not of their own race. We are in America and are way far beyond that. Management at this location ( Victory & Sepulveda) does not go about taking care of concerns and questions that certain employees have. They only address those of their own race, management only offer hours to those of their own race also are involved with employees outside of the work place. Those employees are able to take home Subway equipment such as knives, dressing bottles and containers that they use to serve the public. Equipment that the public thinks is only being used for Subway and should be steralized only to be used for Subway, are sitting in certain employees kitchens. To conclude this piece of information that I feel the public should know, no one should have to work under this horrible management and be assured I am going to corporate to let them know what is going on at Subway located on Victory and Sepulveda. Please spread the...
Read moreMy morning sandwich was good but it was posted on their menu board at 499 with coffee. Their computer readout charged 129 for the coffee and 319 for the sandwich. Honestly the employees that helped me were wonderful and they did end up charging me for 99 for the sandwich with the coughing which is how it was on the board... Add to go through to get there made me feel badd for them and they were not trying to make me feel badd not by any means they were just trying to service me so watch it at Subway. It used to be if you went in early you can get a breakfast sandwich and a 1/2 sandwich for later but they don't have that anymore which is OK I understand even donuts have gone from $1 to $2. God-bless America and Donald Trump says the economy is getting better and I am living in my car. Have a nice day...
