Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The manager Luis has poor customer service. I purchased a spicy nacho chicken sandwich and instead of nacho cheese they put some white sauce. I then drove back to ask what happened to the nacho cheese??? Luis opened the sandwich and started poking around at it and telling me "this is the cheese!!!" He must have thought I didn't know the difference between nacho cheese and the white sauce it had. Then a lady came out from behind where they prepare the food and said that they had run out of nacho cheese and that they were heating some up. After all that was said Luis walked away and I had to tell him he was wrong in the way he took the sandwich and was poking all over it with his fingers like I was some fool and didn't know what nacho cheese was. He insisted that it was mixed in with the jalapeños. Come to find out, they didn't put any because the didn't have nacho cheese ready ( this is what the lady preparing the sandwiches said) Long story short, I returned the food because my appetite was lost after this whole deal with Luis's poor and unprofessional...

First of theyre menu pricing higher that other jack in the box branch. As an example grande sausge burrito here is aroun 3.80ish+tax .. whereas in Santa Monica sepulveda is. only 3.40ish.+tax so when you add it all up it matters esp. if ur getting a combo

Second. I ordered through drive thru they charge you additional for side on the brunch fast menu. It said specifically on the platform Make it a combo: choose 1 side dish and 1 drink. So i asked not to get any side only a drink instead. they charge me for the whole combo price. Today i ordered here in Santa Monica Sepulveda and I was charge combo price with side and drink, now im satisfied!

Third, i called them to point out my issue they have me on hold pass around keep saying "hello? hold on for a moment" 4 times...

I dont know if the employees there are not oriented properly or they...

I went to this Jack in the box and ordered a combo and I forgot to ask for Curley fries, (they usually ask the customer) so I noticed I got regular fries in my bag, so I ask politely if they can swap them for Curley fries and he did , his name is Luis , so when I got home and started eating half way through my Curley fries there was regular fries the rest of the way , not cool! So I went there again a week later to grab some food and Luis helped me again, so I told about what he did and he gave me old soggy fries and my sandwich looked like it was sat on, Luis should be ashamed of himself for the way they handle food ,that Jack in the box could be shut down because of that guy, do something about Luis he's there Monday night , I was there...
