One particular employee refuses to give a decent portion of veggies and especially refuses to give double portions of vegetables, which company policy clearly allows. It is not worth coming here when they are going to skimp on the veggies. It is a $12 sandwich. The employee responds with a blank stare and states that she has already given a larger than regular portion. Every other employee at this location has been great and they all seem to understand the veggie policy well. I have been coming here for years and have had no other issues before this person started working here. I am especially annoyed at this given the company image involves fresh veggies and that the app clearly states that double portions of veggies are complimentary. Acts like she hates her life working there , half the time she kept looking at the young boy that was helping her. She seemed like a lost puppy in love. The boy wasn't giving her the attention but she continued to not pay attention to the customer. Once at the cashier she decided to tell the boy to tell me she didn't have change by then I was already annoyed . I asked for the manger and they said she's not here and doesn't have a number. Hopefully they teach these kids better...
