Subway — Restaurant in Los Angeles

The staff either don't know what goes into their various subs, or they are not allowed to put in all the advertised ingredients. I ordered the more expensive of the 2 club sandwiches. I was given a turkey sandwich with cheese and avacado. When I tries to explain to the cashier and sandwich maker, they both denied anything else goes into the sandwich and everything else was extra including bacon. I went online to check, bacon is indeed part of a club as well as other kinds of meat. Spending money out for lunch is expensive and being overcharged for an incomplete order makes for a bad experience. Employees need retraining on how to make a sandwich.

All the food is frozen, specially the fresh food. Wouldn't be surprised if it was passed due. Since it had signs of freezer burn.

Cookie display had food, I'm guessing lettuce hanging on to a drawer.

My sauce ended up on the guys hand not the sandwich.

Who ever the owner is, or manager is needs retraining your store is that bad. This isn't the employee fault.
