They gave my mom an appointment for 8am (confirmed multiple times via texts & phone calls), she got there at 7:45am only for them to tell her the appointment wasn't until 9am & they couldn't sign her in until 25 minutes before the appointment. Dr. Vivian Hoang ASSUMES & decides what is causing whatever pain my mom is feeling, without even attempting to do any exams, blood work or an EKG, when my mom has told her multiple times she's afraid she might have heart problems... It's not Dr. Hoang's place (or any doctor's) to judge their patients & ASSUME that everything is caused by their weight. Their job isn't to make their patients feel worse... Their job is the complete opposite; to help. Dr. Hoang told my mom to go walk so her feet wouldn't be so swollen, when my mom told her she couldn't walk because they're so swollen they hurt so much, she said it's because she needs to lose weight & that'll fix all her problems. Another doctor confirmed the swelling had to do with her kidneys, something Dr. Hoang would apparently NEVER have figured out. Needless to say I'm so glad my mom finally left this clinic, where nobody really cares about their patients & are only here...

Before the clinic on Van Nuys changes to clinica romero the service was amazing and the people working there as well HOWEVER since they changed their name the service is HORRIBLE. My 38 week check up the woman “esperanza” at the front desk tells me the doctor cannot see me until I make the changes in my insurance to be seen exclusively at their clinic, she left me there waiting for 2 hours before I was finally able to see the doctor. The only person who was able to explain what was happening was Yesenia whom so nicely apologized for the confusion. But THEN after I deliver my baby they tell me at the hospital my baby needs to see a pediatrician in 2 days since I have been seen here throughout my pregnancy I called them 100 times to get an appointment in 2 days to which they said they have no appointments until January. My husband had to drive to the clinic from the hospital to get a hold of someone at the clinic after I had called 100 times. This place is...

They need an ultrasound machine or should refer patients out to obgyn. Every visit I had they said everything was fine and rescheduled me for new visits. Only had 3 ultrasounds my whole pregnancy and that's because of high risk pregnancy otherwise I have no idea if I would've got an ultrasound. By the time i switched providers i found out i had low amniotic fluid, and had to get induced pre-term, i would have never known if i kept going to this clinic because they don't have an ultrasound machine!! I tried to complain once I had my baby but the manager acted like she couldn't hear me on the phone and hung up on me. Not only did they risk my baby's health but they're manager was totally insensitive to my situation. This is a big clinic why not invest so they can provide better care for people.
