Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This place is very close to the general hospital, and I decided to pick up some donuts for my mom and we’re bringing a dozen donuts, and they give you two extra donuts. Once you placed that order, so it’s actually 14 donuts in a box. It was clean. I can say it was clean, but it’s very dead. Very sad. There’s no music playing, and there was only one employee working at the time is a young Lady. At first. I thought she was being rude. Cause she had me wait a few minutes till she could take my order, but then I saw she was the only one working there, and I think people might receive it wrong, but I know she had a hard time talking in English with which can make her seem rude, but I think she was just having trouble. I was kind of nervous to say the wrong thing, but at the end of the order, she was able to process it and packed to nuts correctly and tape the box, so would be safe and they wouldn’t move. And what not. I think the donuts for good. You’ve especially a chocolate wants to kind of like crunchy in the bottom, but very soft in the middle. So they were greatly baked. And yeah, just the service was a little awkward, but I think it was due to the language barrier, but beside sad....

Una experiencia super mala no quiero decir que todas las que antienden son haci pero si las que me antendieron a mi Carolina y Mayra principalmente Carolina le abla super feo a los clientes y asta le dice que si no le gusta que se pueden y si la quieren reporta que no le importa a mi me dijo eso asta las personas que estaban en ese momento dijeron que fea actitud a mi me grito todo su nombre que la reportara si queria que no le importaba y asta tiro toda la donas a la basura sin aberla dado y no me regreso el dinero no tiene empatia ni humilda a pesar de que este en lugar donde llega mucha gente mal por estar enfrente de un hospital donde lo que uno espera es una buena actitud y una palabra quisas buena y ella con esa actitud y la otra Mayra le siguio y dijo soy de Mexico y yo tambien asi ablo porque la Carolina dijo que ella es de Salvador y ella abla asi y que si no me gusta puedo decir mas pero no termino

A super bad experience.
