I ordered a dinner weekday, afternoon around 5.30pm. They called me later it will take 60-90 minutes. I surprised because they left their flyer in our mailbox and I checked is 4,5 miles. Okay. I Paid with card, and I added 15% tip with the bill. When driver arrive, he started complaining it was too far. My question is, why you leave an advertising on a street, what is too far for your business? Then he started to tell me next time pick up the food , before I come home. Excuse me?! If I have the option go to pick up something , I won't order for an extra $10! And anyway, what is this comment? Is pissed me off! Then when I was paying, I just wanted to sign the receipt, but he was showing me the tip line (after all this comment...not too shy..)and asking why I didn't write anything there. I said because I paid for delivery, for card payment process, plus I added tip with the order. He said, no, tip is not there woth the order. I said okay, so I added an additional $5 tip. The food was terrible! Hot and sour soup is my favorite, so I am not too picky with that, eat any way and ate in many places. But I had to throw it out! Nothing sour taste, only a strong, harsh black pepper taste. If you want to eat Kung pao, better if you buy the frozen one in the Trader Joe's, or even the panda express Kung pao beef is a much better taste! At least, those have some bell pepper in it. The only added veggies was onion. I am very disappointed for this unprofessional service. It was my first and last try here....

Excellent! This is how Chinese food is cooked and how it should taste!!! Thank you cause now you're our to go Chinese restaurant! Baby Bok Choy! Me and my wife love it all. My favorite is the chicken and black beans, although I would prefer a stronger black bean flavor! Update(1/7/2024): Sorry for the earlier pic's as I was full and couldn't remember what was what! Pic 7: General Tsao's chicken! YEAH!!! It's soo good I'm laughing!!! Pic8: Mongolian Beef! Pic9: Crispy Beef! Pic10: Beef w/Snow Peas! All these beef ones where PurrFect! LOL The meat was soo good an tender!!! These are the ones we usually get! My wife said: The Tsao's chicken is thee best! YES! Oh! An at least decent Chinese Restaurant will cook what you ask! This is a HALMARK I always look for! Sometimes they'll charge a bit more but it's almost always worth it! Real Char Siu and Snow Peas is another one I like! Or even the Chinese Sausage (Lop Cheung) and snow peas or almost anything! If you don't know about it - it has a slight sweet flavor! If this cook(s) cook like this, then they know what they're doing!!! And we're definitely coming back for more! Try it - you'll like it!

We were customers of Szechuwan Garden for years. We always had a good relationship with the delivery driver. On July 23, 2025, we ordered food for delivery. On July 25, 2025, we were having the leftovers. In the course of consuming the food, my wife had a shard of metal in her mouth. The metal was in the food. I called Szechuwan Garden to alert them of the fact that that their food contained a piece of metal. We were not looking for our money back or anything - just to alert them of the hazard. I was met with indifference; specifically, "Okay. So sorry. Goodbye." If this piece of metal had been ingested, it would have lacerated my wife's esophagus and stomach. The manager called back and sought to argue about the fact that she felt I was rude to her daughter - the one who was indifferent about the presence of the metal in the food. Eventually, I wound up speaking to someone related to the owners. Based on what I was told, this is apparently a known hazard from a cleaning process for the woks. If this restaurant is aware of a known hazard, they need to promptly take corrective measures to protect the public from ingesting metal. See photo.

I ordered delivery on a Sat August 27th and the food was disgusting. I paid $60.00 for my order, with a coupon and the shrimp fried rice had a burnt, charred like taste almost like it was cooked on a dirty grill, or even worst like they cleaned the grill with a dirty rag. I asked for a refund they refused and tried to give me a store credit of $12.00 and then hung up on me while I was trying to resolve the issue over the phone, offering to bring them their food back.

I received horrible customer service over the phone and they were even more rude once I took the food back the next day. It was to the point that another customer who I did not know that I assumed was waiting to get food stood up for me telling the manager lady that she was treating me so rudely since I walked into the store that he couldn't believe it. After he said what he said he walked out mad and did not have no food in his hands. I was happy that someone else was a witness to this mess and stood up for what was right. Thank you Sir!

I handed the manager the big box of the food I ordered with the exception of one item and asked for a refund...not a store credit to come back to that horrible restaurant. They refused to give me a complete refund, yelled and talked rudely to me as I was leaving the store I spotted some almond cookies in a box on the counter for .35 cents, do you know that the manager lady grabbed those cookies off the counter away from me like a little kid and told me to get out! I then asked them if they were racist and why would they treat a paying customer like that, especially one that spent over 60.00 bucks with them...I then said " May God bless you" and I left. But wait...there's more....In between all of this the manager lady was telling me that I should be "happy" to eat their "nasty" food because their bussiness suffered through the pandemic. I am still trying to wrap my head around what she meant by saying that? It was Almost like saying it was my fault that I got horrible food, horrible treatment and horrible customer service! Do not spend money...

are family has enjoyed this restaurant for decades, literally. However, it is currently suffering from hard times in terms of pain dimas and food quality. On January 189th, we visited around 6 p.m. to find a busy restaurant and a way to working very hard to keep up but who apologize in advance that the kitchen would be slow that night. The kitchen was infect slow, and the food that came out was uncharacteristically bland with a lack of spice a lack of flavor lack of anything other than salt and sugar. The restaurant was also not clean, with scraps of food and debris visible around the baseboards. This is you was clarified when our son saw a roach crawled from under one of the booths across the main floor. He is a restaurant employee somewhere else, and quickly snatched the roach killed it and wrap it in a napkin so if you could give it to a waiter you should have been concerned. they were not, they simply ran to the back threw it away and acted as if nothing had occurred. As restaurant workers can tell you, that should have been generated more reaction. Regardless of the reactions, roaches live under boots when booths have food scraps around them and boots have food scraps around them when folks don't clean the restaurant. Hard times have come to Szechuan garden and I can only hope that someone from the restaurant father to read the reviews so they can address it. They certainly did not want to have any conversation about it last night in a tactful...
