Absolutely TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. We got there at 1am, bar stops serving at 145. We came here about 2 weeks ago at the same time and got drinks without an issue. We stood at the bar unassisted for almost 30 minutes. All 3 bartenders passed us up and tended to the other few people at the bar. We tried to transition to the other end of the bar since no one was tending to our side. The place had a good amount of people dancing around but bar was NOT crowded. We noticed the bartenders counting their tips and closing out tabs 30 minutes prior to the last call and we just knew we wouldn't get assisted when we kept getting ignored. Let me also mention we paid to get in. We were at the location with enough time to buy a few rounds of drinks and couldn't because of the nonchalant staff ready to leave and mentally clocked out. We brought this to the manager Victorias attention just to inform her of us not appreciating tonight's service and she immediately said "OKAY....AND WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO". We immediately looked confused. I said "aren't you the manager?" And she said "I AM, so like I said, what do you want me to do. It's not my fault you decided to come to a bar at 1am". I'm baffled. I told her she had a very nasty attitude and she proceeded to tell the security to escort us out as we were already leaving. I've experienced poor service before but Never have I experienced poor service before but Never have I ever experienced management act so nasty to a very basic statement regarding their staff.
We have also seen the owner respond very nastily to undesirable comments on yelp so l expect that coming soon. I also would absolutely hate to have to pull the discrimination card but it sure felt like it considering we were the only of...
Read morePLEASE READ:: Second time posting this review, Honestly I did not have a bad time here atmosphere & bartenders were great, encountered no problems here even other guest had respect for me.
But I must warn other too watch out with the security especially the big dude with patchy facial hair, curly short hair, He grabbed a drink out of my female friends hand ( almost knocking her down) when she didn’t finish it fast enough (mind you he could of just told her too finish it or throw it away we would of complied) When we asked him why he would do that? He replied do I work here or do you? (I’ve worked in guest services for over 8+ years I would never do this too a guest!) I was shocked so I just stayed quiet, He then told us too clean out are ears 👂 then & maybe we’d here Him
After we pointed out are friends a female ( mind you hes 6’4 and 250++ pounds are friend is 5’4 159 pounds) & he should not have done that He admits we are right! But because we talked back we can never come back witch is a-okay with me. 😇 Not discouraging anyone from going I just warn you!! Watch out!! I also recorded the whole encounter & have it posted on my Instagram I’ve reached out too this bar MANY times (Instagram & over the phone) too talk too the manger just too clarify if they support this behavior?? but again no response Ohhh side note the security with a shaved head was VERY nice & professional 😇 he apologized for his “coworker” (if you can call him that ) behavior & asked if my friend was okay sooooo nice I didn’t get his name tho sadly big shout out too him (They took down my review already so I will keep copying & pasting this review too warn other people about the unprofessionalism) Be safe out there...
Read moreIt's always amusing getting unsolicited advice from individuals working at a bar. Personal anecdotes that seem to stem from their own personal conflicts projected toward a random patron is always a good time. It's difficult not to let the experience be overshadowed by the bartender's negative demeanor because I have always had a genuine experience with Alex and the atmosphere he has created there, but be prepared for a potentially introspective conversation with the bartender. Individuals seem to forget that in the hospitality industry, especially in a alcohol set theme, there comes a responsibility of expressing a service that will provide the customer an escape from everyday scenarios. You can prepare a meal at home, you can enjoy alcohol at home. People do not go out to financially sacrifice publicly in expecting a return of facing their own reality from a challenging standpoint. It's to get out to experience something positive. Unfortunate people get involved in these career positions to forefront their own issues to the next person in a way to make themselves feel pleased when in actuality they will still go home to the same conflicts causing them to interact like this in the first place. I feel sorry for the people who take such a high stance in such a low place in their own lives at others expense. The concept there truly is excellent, though. I love the atmosphere. If considering going for the first time, you should commit, you won't regret it. Can't wait...
