Taco Bell — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Where do I start, I've been ordering from this Taco Bell for the last couple years through Postmates, and a couple times going to through the drive-thru to pick my food up , I don't know if they're doing this intentionally because they don't want to pay for the food that they take home, or they just don't care every time I've ordered something from this Taco Bell either the food is thrown together with no care and they barely put any sauce cheese or anything else on the order. I'll buy a gordita crunch and it's barely any sauce and it's literally a small little pinch of cheese in the gordita shell. Multiple times I've ordered something and either my drink was missing or the some of the food was missing out the order. I tried to call the restaurant they don't answer the phone day or night . To the owner hire people that know what they're doing or isn't out to get a free meal to take home or give to their family . At this point I feel like they're purposely not adding items to the order so they can just take it home at the end of the night.from looking at other reviews I see that it's a Taco Bell on 8th Street and I will be ordering from that Taco Bell from now on where I know the order won't be messed up because employees are trying to steal food from paying customers. Update July 17th 2022: This is by far the slowest Taco bell I have ever been to. It's unfortunately the one right by my house. Tacos don't take long to make. Every time I come. With 3-4 cars it takes over 30 minutes to get through the line. Last week, I was car number 2. It took me 37 minutes to get through the line. Mind you this taco bell does t have a dining room. There is a walk up counter, in which ONE person went to. How is it so slow here.

So to not drive my car and be a bit more green I decided to take a walk at 930 a half mile to this taco bell. I got there and stood outside the window in the cold for 10 minutes before anyone even came to the window. Then they attended to someone else who had gotten there about 2 minutes before she came to the window. I go up and am told she won't accept orders at the window. I told her I just walked a half mile and still, no care at all. I wish I could give negative stars. It's ok to drive my car and order at one window but not the green window? Denied food...

This used to be quite literally the worst Taco Bell in the United States. One time my girlfriend and I fell asleep in the drive-thru while we were buzzed tryna score a fourth meal. We woke up and hadn't moved, it sounds like a joke, but I assure you that it isn't.

BUT EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED!

I don't know what happened, maybe it's under new management and there was a lot of turnover with the employees or something. The service is actually fast now, no longer is the time it takes me to get my food enough time to do my taxes while I wait. The employees (in all of my recent experiences) are quite friendly and competent. I feel like taco bell is infamous for messing up orders or forgetting to put things (like sauce or napkins) in your bag. Not this taco bell. This taco bell gives Mexican American cuisine a good name.
