ive always liked this taco bell. never any issues until today when i decided to use my gift card at their kiosk. order was over $5, it took over $4 off my gift card, and told me to pay remainder of $1.05 at counter. Went to counter to pay remainder. i told them order name. they still wanted me to run gift card again, so of course it said 0 because kiosk took it off. kiosk has no receipts that print to prove. manager absolutely refused to make a good judgement call on this. kept saying nothing on card. So i lost over $4 at the taco bell here, they got my money on gift card for giving me nothing. i was so upset that i raised my voice in outrage. advised the other customers what happened. i feel horrible making a fool of myself, but its not fair when things like this happen. i feel so embarrassed for raising my voice. 1 guy gave me a few bucks because of what happened, i told him thank you, but no thank you; i was so moved that i teared. but i told him its the concept. sorry.someone else came over and gave me something they had left over from their order. i told them thank you, but its ok. its the concept.. i felt embarrassed that both these things happened, but at the same time i felt appreciation for their kindness...
Read moreLet's talk about the Taco Bell at DeSoto and Roscoe. Honestly, it's probably the best Taco Bell in the area, maybe even in the whole country, or possibly the world. This place is amazing. They give you plenty of everything you ask for. The people who work here are great. I really enjoy coming here, but I have to do it without my wife knowing because she doesn't like me eating this kind of food.
They're really generous here. If you ask for extra cheese, you get a ton. Want more sauce? You'll get loads. The staff here are super talented. They make food that's really good and they make sure you're happy with your order.
I sneak over here like I'm on some secret mission, all to avoid my wife finding out. It feels like I'm in a spy movie, full of excitement, all for some tacos. This Taco Bell is my secret spot. If I can keep coming here without causing any issues at home, then everything's good.
So, this Taco Bell isn't just a place to get fast food. It's a big deal for someone like me. It's a place where I can enjoy what I love, even if I have to be a bit sneaky about it. I'd definitely recommend it, even if it means I have to be a little rebellious to...
Read moreBy far the worst taco bell in the valley! Very skimpy food items are kind of expected at any taco bell, but now they are also skimpy with the "free" taco sauce. 4 times in a row now they have got it wrong. Ask for mild sauce, they give you the hot sauce. Order 10 food items and ask for 20 sauce packets, there is 8 packets it the bag. (Not even one sauce packet per item). Next visit there were zero sauces in the bag after I asked for 6, and yesterday, 15 food items, asked for extra extra sauce, at least 25, and they gave me 7. Why do they even bother asking how many sauces you want? The kicker is, I even ask as they hand me the bag "Is the 25 mild sauce packets in the bag?" and the girl says "Oh yes, it's in there" 7 sauces in the bag. I realize times are difficult right now, but seriously? I'll drive the extra couple of miles to the Lindley St. taco bell from now on. Avoid this...
