You figure that an establishment like Taco bell, which has been around for decades would get this part right. Customer service. I had to stop myself and rewrite this about seven times. One thing led to another and I would start to gripe. So I gave up and writing how it comes out. This though prevents me from spending money at that location. I have often said, If you dont like working at some place, why make yourself miserable? Leave it. No point in staying stagnant. This will make corporate look at how things are running there, and maybe ask, why? Now mind you, it is not easy working food service. Pleasing people of their wishes is not easy. Still, at the end of the day though the person at the window has a job to do. As we went through the drive-thru a person greets us not with your normal "Welcome to Taco.....", it was more like " Taco Bell, what's your order?" In my mind I already know that's going to be a bad experience all the way-thru. I ordered breakfast, not lunch mind you. as you can seee in the picture only for two. Just breakfast and I get told "is that it?",I replied "yes, nothing else." No total was given, nothing that even came close to being professional. I was instructed to go to the window that was it. I go to the window, and a female with tattoos appears, takes my money and says "here". This was the last I wanted to deal with this person. Dear Taco Bell, I am not looking for coupons or free meals. I am not looking for hand-outs of any kind. This is for you to understand, that if you are not making profit as you should, there is a problem in your store. Instead of being looked at as a positive part of the community, it is a Taco Bell I never want to return to. Where the problem is, I would not always point at the employee. But, we know what rolls down hill. Oh and fix your portions. You can't tell me this ninja star is the actual size. I know something was missed I would have paid less for a granola bar. The drinks by the way was just water with food coloring. no taste whatsoever. Fix it...
Read moreHorrible, awful, wretched experience. First of all I want to say that I am not downplaying the fact that working in a fast food joint is difficult at times, especially when it's a place that gets super busy. That being said, it does NOT excuse TACO BELL, which is EVERYWHERE, for allowing customers to stand and wait for FORTY FIVE MINUTES to get their food, and have it be WRONG. And then to add insult to injury, it was RIDICULOUSLY PRICED! COST NEARLY FORTY DOLLARS FOR WHAT? For three meals? At taco bell? The company CEO must be smoking crack or something I dunno, but this location DOES NOT HAVE DOUBLE DECKER TACOS. What is it Taco Bell? Is Del Taco giving you a run for your money? And now what, you think your menu is offering hand crafted meals in an inviting and comfortable setting where the staff waits on you? Because I could have gone to Los Toros and gotten a Giant sample platter and a margarita, or better yet Viva La Fiesta and gotten an AMAZING BURRITO MADE BY THE PROPRIETOR OF THE RESTAURANT, for HALF OF WHAT I PAID TO GET A COLD GORDITA CRUNCH and whatever else the completely incorrect mess of a burrito thingy I got, apparently this place only has about half the menu items anyway. Staff is rude, no restrooms, and the food is very inadequate, even for taco bell standards. Go to a mom and pop shop for decent food. It will take a fraction of the time and you will get real food instead of...
Read moreSo I don't know what's wrong with this location but I have definitely giving it more than one chance to have better service the food here can be better but the service absolutely need some work they're literally is a plethora of workers and we as customers literally wait damn near 10 minutes just to be waited on and it's absolutely annoying. And when they do come to the register they act like they don't know the menu or why they are even their hello you're here to place a order I've been standing here waiting for you. The place needs better cleaning. And if you want the nacho fries make sure they do them fresh they seem to have a habit of reheating them and serving them to you as if they were just made. They also have a hard time following directions. I guess that's what happens when you don't know the menu how can you be clueless about things that I'm ordering it's all good though and for those of you that like to know yes this location does take EBT maybe that's why they act like that. Whether it's EBT or cash you're getting paid hourly to serve fresh food and have a good attitude so do that or get a different job nobody told you to apply somewhere you weren't...
