Takeshy town — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Went kinda late night after the gym bc I was craving some sushi and when I arrived it seemed like a little hole in the wall. Honestly the chef is the cutest most awesome humble guy. He brought our food out and there was a little heart on the plate made of eel sauce and spicy mayo and he said don’t break it. Fish was fresh and the vibe was immaculate actually so surprised. I've been curious about Takeshy Town since i first saw and realized their food fusion idea. I thought it was pretty confused at first. Finally gave them a try today and I really liked it! Enjoyed eating the sushi together with the breaded guero(?) pepper and fresh avocados. Price was fair in relation to quantity and quality too! Got the shrimp tacos, cheeseburger and guamuchilito roll/sushi.
