Tam's Burgers #6 — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I was a regular at this location (I live near) and the prices have gone super high. Now, I was there today and I ordered x2 burger specials and 1 regular fries (only 1 size now) when I got to the window the cashier already had a little attitude going on... I payed for my order and after a few minutes she handed me my food... I checked the bags and I only had 2 dressings.. I asked her for the 3rd considering technically 3 fries.. she then went on to tell me that I had to pay for the 3rd one because dressings don't come with combos. Pretty much she told me that she was being nice for giving me "1 extra". Let me say.. if the combos are like $10 how is it that I cannot get a dressing for my fries? She wanted to charge me 54 cents for the thing. I asked to see a supervisor and apparently there is no supervisor in the premises. Worst...

I’ve been coming to this Tam’s since I was a kid. it’s always been part of the neighborhood rotation. but I’ll be honest, there was a time it was hit or miss. Food was sometimes cold, orders got mixed up, and the service could be a little rough around the edges.

But ever since the new management took over, it’s a whole different vibe. The burgers come out hot and fresh, the fries are always crispy, and the folks behind the counter are way more on point. You can tell they actually care now.

It’s clean, the food hits every time, and the service has definitely leveled up. I used to avoid this location when I was in a rush or just didn’t want to deal with the hassle, but now? It’s my go to again. Glad to see it turning around. shoutout to whoever’s running...

I tried to eat here twice and both times unnecessarily the service was horrible. The drive thru was very rude, time management is horrible and the food was extremely unsatisfying. The first time it was a woman who took forever to ask for my order and when I ordered an omelet it was poorly cooked and looked disgusting. The second time I was saying hello for about 5 times and about 5 minutes later a man finally responded. I turned to my sister to ask her what she wanted to order so I told him if he could give me a second. He then replied so rudely and sarcastically “you were the one saying hello hello” At this point I decided I didn’t want to risk anything being done to my food so I left.
