I'm really disappointed because I really love their food, but i have to say they need more polite employees!
I've been at this location many times before, but it seems that their customer service doesn't seem to change for the better throughout the years.
I usually order from here directly from my Door Dash, so i personally don't deal with their bad customer service ordering online anymore.
But, my boyfriend went on one of my cravings to order their BOMB Bentley with their mouth watering cashew coleslaw🤤
Anyways, when my when my boyfriend finished ordering, they told him that they only accepted a card, NO CASH, and if he didn't see the signs, rudely.
I know my punjabi❣️ HE IS KIND & GENEROUS AND TOLORATES MORE THAN HE SHOULD.
The guy at the register made it clear that he would not make the food until my boyfriend paid for it, which is understandable. So my boyfriend told him that he would go to the Chase nearby, and if they could kindly start our meals to kill time having to go to the atm (after a long day of work) and he left $40 to cover our order until he got back from deposting money at the chase atm near by being that they don't accept cash, and card only.
When my boyfriend got back to Carvingboard, they hadn't started our meals paid for in cash for the mealtime.
So, my boyfriend had to wait extra time for our meals to be started, exhausted after work. To top it off, them KNOWING WE WERE ORDERING CASHEW COLESLAW, they told him he had to wait even longer for them to make more coleslaw. Smh!
When my boyfriend arrived home. We finally wanted to grub on our mossion for a meal, I noticed that my Bentley didn't have much meat, and the coleslaw was NOT fresh, so i tossed it because it didnt seem right.
I will not be ordering from this carving bored in person or with doordash anymore knowing how this business runs!
I'm seeking a better managed carving board that is kind & considerate to...
Read moreHoly crap....this place is beyond amazing. I am literally having a hard time trying to find the words to describe how delicious the food I had was. This place is off the hook. This place is kind of new and kind of hidden on Ventura Blvd. just east of Tampa. You might think that it is a typical sandwich place, but you are dead wrong. This place throws a ton of sandwichs at you to choose from; from cold sandwichs named Sweet November, Capo di Capi, and the Brooklyn Decker to hot sandwichs like the Longhorn, Turkey Dinner and my favorite the Sunrise Sandwich. I literally took 10 minutes to try and figure out what I wanted. Too many delicious choices to choose from.
The Sunrise Sandwich stood out to me because I was in the mood for some breakfast food and this HIT THE SPOT! It comes with two eggs, your choice of ham or bacon (I got bacon), hashbrowns, and two types of cheese. I swear I felt like I was in heaven enjoying a sandwich from God himself. This sandwich was super tasty!
Dessert should be a whole different Yelp review but I'll save space. We ordered 3 freshly baked cookies (chocolate chip, white chocolate chip, and double chocolate chip) which they make on the spot and takes about 15 minutes to complete. Talk about fresh baked cookies! The other item(s) we ordered were 2 deep fried twix, 2 deep fried oreos, and 1 deep fried snickers. I wont even begin to explain how delicious those deep fried wonders were. Oh man my mouth is watering just thinking of them!

Read moreI had high hopes for this place but was left disappointed. My wife and I visited for the first time today, and when we walked in, the restaurant was almost empty, with only one table finishing up before leaving. She ordered the chicken parm with potato chips, and I had the smashed burger with tomato soup. After placing our order, we grabbed our drinks and waited about 20 minutes for our food, which seemed excessive since there were three staff members and just two plates to prepare.
As we waited, we spotted a roach crawling across the floor. I ended up killing it out of disgust. When our food finally arrived, it was served on cutting boards that were old and worn out. The chicken parm looked appetizing and tasted good, but the chips were too thin and over-seasoned. My smashed burger was tiny, like a kid’s meal, and the tomato soup didn’t help. Together, the burger and soup barely filled a small corner of the cutting board. The burger was bland—I had to add ketchup and Sriracha for flavor—and the soup was overly thick, like it had been sitting too long, yet somehow still lukewarm.
Overall, I don’t recommend this place and won’t...
