Delicious drinks here and really fantastic food and selection, but don't make a single mistake on your order or order anything that you're not familiar with already, because you'll be stuck with it if you do.

Went here and my husband has severe agoraphobia and social anxiety. He got out of his shell, leaving the house for the first time in weeks, and tried something new. He ended up disliking it the drink - I'm sure some people like it, but it was way, way too sweet. Like crazy sweet.

As apart of trying to encourage my husband to challenge his social anxiety, I encouraged him to ask if they could make him something else and we could pay the difference if it was more expensive, and he was told "we don't do that here" seemingly by the manager.

He was so embarrassed and it broke my heart. He got out of his shell only to be crushed because some policy says you don't want to remake a drink the customer dislikes. I've been going here for so many years and I've sent so many of my friends and family over, and I'm so disappointed I have given so much money. Go ahead and do better for your other customers, Ice Bar, because me and my friends and family certainly won't be back. Glad you had savings on refusing to remake a single drink, though! I'm sure your business will be fine and continue to thrive without me and anyone else, but I really expected better. I rewrote my similar review on Yelp because I'm that saddened you sent him back into his shell for zero reason....

First time trying this place out. Ordered for myself and the family. Tonight we had the veggie spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce, avocado smoothie with egg pudding, lychee-rose fresh tea with honey boba (the lychee rose combination was what prompted me to come by and try tonight), and mango yogurt tea with honey boba. I ordered via their QR code just for the heck of it. My food and drinks came out pretty quickly and the spring rolls were nice and hot. The sweet and sour sauce was a little thicker than what I’m used to, but it was good. Definitely happy with my choice on getting the lychee rose tea with honey boba & my daughter loved her mango yogurt tea with honey boba. Hubby is working late so I’ll have to see how he likes his avocado smoothie but since that tends to be his default drink of choice when we go out, I’m sure he will love it. My girlfriend and I stopped by here after the mall because she wanted her almond milk tea. The place we usually go to across the street already closed and I wanted her to try this place for a while as a secondary option so tonight was the night to do that. We got there around 8pm and there was plenty of parking. When we walked in there was a party of 4 in front of us ordering so we waited. They closed dine in due to covid so keep that in mind. When it was our turn to order, the lady working the cashier greeted us and I told her it was our first time here so she give us a minute to look at their menu.
