Tierra Mia Coffee — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I will start off by saying I've been to four other Tierra Mia before I came to this one; and this visit left such a bad taste in my mouth. The service in here was soo horrible! The lady who took my order seem like she hated the sight of me, and I thought ok maybe it closing time and she just wants to go home. So fast forward I'm waiting for my drinks and the gentlemen beside me stands up gose to the counter and tells her good night. The girl practically fells over herself to say goodbye. Ok. I decide to say good night the girl waved me off, while her coworker obviously notice how rude she was tried to save the experience for me with a smile and small talk, at that point I was over it. I’ve gone to this location since it first opened. It’s always been my favorite. However, this year I feel the quality of the coffee, service, and cleanliness has gone down. The past couple of times that I’ve been here, I see flies in the bakery cabinet. When a previous customer pointed it out, the cashier simply shooed it away rather than taking out the bread since it had landed on several muffins. The last couple times I’ve ordered my coffee, the quality & taste has been way off. Today was the final straw. As I was finishing my frappe, I noticed something chewy & I thought it was the coffee grounds, then I thought it was a piece of plastic. To my horror, I was chewing on a FLY. Love this place, I go here all the time to work and study, and it's especially nice that they're open late compared to most local shops. The only foods they have are pastries and basic chocolates (m&ms, snickers, etc.), but it makes sense since it's such a small place. They have indoor and outdoor seating, though the seating arrangement indoors could be feng shui'd better. They recently removed a small table, which made sense for more space, but sucks for less seating.
