Convenient location near Los Feliz with a small parking lot and opened late.
For many many years, this humble establishment has been a Thai town adjacent and it really defines itself as such. A long-time, favorite even in the pre-pandemic era. Today's example doesn't consistently shine as brightly as before.
I honestly say both take-away and dine-in are a hit or miss depending on when your visit is. The quality and freshness of noodle dishes can be wonderful on the weekends, and on some days can be delivered as a mushy mess. Entrees can also be meagerly thin too in your takeaway orders, and yet very tasty. Spice levels are also very inconsistency when ordering making me weary to go between medium and extra spicy.
On a most recent visit, the Tom Yum was watered down and lacked any depth of flavor. I wouldn't be surprised if it was two days old and bottom of the pot.

I have been coming here for many years. It is very clean and cozy and they have a convenient parking lot. It can get a little busy but usually a spot opens up and there is free street parking. This is a Familu run business that has been here for at least 30 years and it is consistently the same quality for still reasonable prices!!
