Ye Rustic Inn — Restaurant in Los Angeles

What a great dining experience!! I came here the other day and I absolutely loved my food and my waitress was so sweet and very good! All in all a top notch experience

I wish I would've gotten my servers name, it was actually her first day and she was so freaking good! If she didn't tell me, I never would've guessed. And at one point almost every table filled up and she was totally alone but it's amazing how she kept her composure and kept every single table happy!

Also the food, I got just a classic hamburger and fries and omg was it good!! It's actually so easy to mess up a burger because restaurants try and get fancy and use all these aoli's and super thick meat patties (but unless this is a steak house or a place that specializes in meat, they shouldn't do that)

What really got me so excited and happy is when I could smell my burger cooking, even from my table I could tell they were char grilling it! It smelled like the most delicious bbq and I'm not sure if they use fresh ingredients in all their dishes but I could tell they did in the burgers! The smell coming from the cooking was reminding me of Carl's Jr. way back in the day (I'm talking 20 years ago, if you remember those times you'll know what I'm talking about!) If I was this place I would reconsider revising my menu In N Out style and doing just old school classic burgers. The customers would be obsessed with these burgers and they would save an exponential amount of money in the kitchen lolol But anyways this is definitely a fun casual place if you want to just chill for the day, I will say that it's not the prettiest but they can't help how the parking lot looks. But thankfully they are doing limited seating indoors so there's that

The 1 star is for the Rudest girl Bartender Ive met in my life. My girl friend came in with her service dog which she had recovered from a brain aneursym and a stroke. She looks amazing so you cant tell her condition. She was immediately turned away which she tried to explain her situation and her rights the bartender said ok. But was treated completely different after that. Long story short her dog is older and felt sick which she wasnt aware of. Once she did she cleaned it up with the help of a guy worker who was totally understanding. She apologized and immediately the bartender asked her and her guest to leave. She still did not get the tab so she was waiting for, so she can pay her bill. The Bartender then turned on the lights and turned off the music and told the bar what was going on. None of the guests knew her condition but they all proceeded to verbally attack her. Which was overwhelming and WRONG!!! She was upset and told the bartender she needed to pay. The bartender said to not worry about it and to GET OUT. The bar started to clap as she was walking out. This is complete DISCRIMINATION AND WRONG. The bartender should be fired for doing this to a person...

Terrible customer service. Great wings. But terrible service. I've been a customer here for almost 15 years.

I ordered an 18 piece and a 12 piece of buffalo wings for carry out. I got two 12 pieces--not a huge deal, I wasn't mad. Should be easy to correct. I went back to the restaurant later and asked for either A) a refund of the difference or B) a voucher/gift card for 6 wings.

The shift manager and staff were either unwilling or unable to fulfill this reasonable request. A small mistake on their part that should have been simple to correct. I was told I had to email the owner to review this...seemed a bit ridiculous, but I emailed the address the manager provided. I emailed three times over two weeks and never got a response.

It feels silly to escalate 6 chicken wings to a series of emails and now a negative review, but if you are not going to empower your staff to correct small mistakes, and the only option for your customers is to send emails that will not get a response...I guess this is where...
