VIVA TACO AZTECA TRUCK — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Yeah, this is a really good taco truck which appears in the parking lot of the car wash on afternoons and evenings. The food here really is good, its hard to quantify but i guess it starts with the ingredients, which are often the downfall of casual mexican food. The people who work on the truck are always on point, the prices are competitve. Ive had some of the more elaborate choices, like ceviche, which was great. But the basics are very solid. The tacos, which is a must of course but also the burrito, which seems to be a harder ask in the la area, which is taco dominant, vs places like sf or sd where the burrito is king. Their Birria is ON POINT. Though I've spent lots of time in LA for many years I only moved here for good a few months ago and though the taco game is obviously far stronger here than in NYC, I had yet to find a Birria that was as good a Birrilandia in Queens. I thought this place was going to slap because of the clientele that was lining up in front of it. We thought this was a sure fire thing, but it just did not hit.
