I love visiting Walters Cookies. It’s always a joy to have a quiche or a breakfast sandwich while drinking an espresso. Walter and his wife make incredibly high quality goods and I would recommend the veggie quiche. It’s the best quiche I’ve ever had, the flakiness of the pastry and the delicious filling of artichoke, mushroom, and sun dried tomatoes in the egg is delectable. The cookies are wonderful too and I personally love the March special caramel apple cookie. It’s not too sweet and the caramel doesn’t overpower the apples and cinnamon in it. It was soft and goes very well with a fresh cup of coffee. The breakfast sandwich is also highly recommended! It’s just a great, comforting sandwich of egg, bacon, and cheese. Walter’s Cookies is a wonderful option in the West Valley for a variety of tasty treats. My family and I especially enjoy their cookies and ice cream sandwiches. There is ample parking and it’s conveniently located next to West Hills Pizza, making it a nice dessert option after enjoying a pizza or salad. Walter and his team are always very kind and the location is always clean. I love the staff. They're so nice. Also I tried the cotton candy icecream cookie sandwich. That was the first time I had one of that flavor. It was so cool! I love coming to this place while hanging out at Social Medium next door. The food feels really clean like not heavily processed so it makes me really happy. Its definitely worth the price! It also doesn't hurt my stomach which I'm so happy about! I suffer from stomach issues and have a very sensitive stomach.
