Winchell's Donut House — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Ordered a croissant sandwich asked then to add extra mayo and she was delighted to accommodate my request with toasting and etc. As i was getting ready to pay the cashier saw i was looking flush and shaking kinda bad and really confused. She sat me down and gave me few donut holes and water bottle and sat with me until i got my senses back. *Currently serveal months pregnant and waiting until 1230 to eat is not recommended lol pretty much my sugar level dropped from not eating that morning. Anyway she smiled and want alarmed at all. I tried to pay for the holes and water she declined wanting to be paid for it she said all she wanted was for me to be okay. But the sandwich...

I make my pilgrimage here every weekday for my coffee and bagel...and occasionally a doughnut. Yes it is a chain, but the staff of mostly ladies work their butts off during the morning rush and provide great and friendly service. Sometimes they get slowed down and you might need to wait a few minutes, but in the end you get honest service. Being that this is a doughnut shop, prices are inexpensive. The bagels here are pretty good (no, not Jewish deli good...but still) and they have a nice selection to choose from with your choice of toppings. They offer sandwiches here, tortas (popular here in this community), breakfast bowls...

Order entirely wrong, clear directions yet incapable of following. ordered an xtreme bacon and avocado bagel with NO CHEESE, and it comes loaded with cheese. On top of that, the avocado is brown and mushy, probably sat out for a while, and my drink( Large fountain drink, diet coke) came to me as a kiwi strawberry snapple? Idk if this was the wrong order picked up by dasher or if employees dont know how to read. Either way, these flaws render this food completely inedible for me. Get your...
