Wingstop — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Our receipt shows we ordered at 2:23 pm. By 2:50 pm, after waiting nearly 30 minutes for our dine-in order, we switched to carry-out because the wait was too long. Typically, it doesn’t take this long. The cashier who took my fiancée's order kept chatting instead of packing it. Meanwhile, three guests and a delivery got their food before us. We only ordered two 8-piece combos. When my fiancée asked about our order 15 minutes in, they just said it would be ready soon. I checked myself, and the cashier laughed. Frustrated, I didn’t want to talk to anyone. I’m not sure if the people in front were managers, but the workers seemed indifferent to them. The food wasn’t even hot when we got it. It was unprofessional, with many workers and few guests, yet everyone left before we got our order, including...

So far, this has been one of the nicer Wingstop establishments I have been to. Really, like the pickup window being separate from the ordering counter. Came on a Monday at 845pm, I tried getting Coke Zero, but the machine was out. When I brought it to the staffs attention, they said they would check it. A few minutes later, they informed me that they didn't have any but didn't bother putting up a sign or anything.

If wasn’t for Damien making sure we were taken care we would’ve been hungry and sad but david got connect with the players and was able to help things get in our favor.
