This hardware store had the only space heater left in town in January. It worked great and came with a personal recommendation by the salesclerk who sold it to me. You can’t get better than that, especially when Home Depot refuses to restock their seasonal items even when they run out long before the season is over, or when Amazon lets you down yet again. I always try this store first before any of the big corporations now.

I discovered at 5 PM I needed some hardware for a bedroom I was cleaning out. I went to Garvanza after having a hard time getting help at Ace in South Pas. My first time to Garvanza since the virus shut everything down. The guys have set up a table across their doorway, with plexiglass over it - social distancing. I walked up, told the guys what I wanted, one of them walked back into the shop, was gone for 30-60 seconds, and came back with PRECISELY what I was looking for. Keys, hardware, paint supplies, plumbing, gardening tools, vinyl fabric, ... It's a treasure.
