OK Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Incredibly rude and unhelpful. I arrived, the lady just stared at me. I said Hello, nothing. I looked at the menu and asked what kind of meat is that 👉🏻, she answered “chicken”. So I’ve now learned one of the items under the glass is chicken. Then I said I’ll have the number 2 - she casually grabs a container with her dead stare and loads it with rice, chow mien then we’re back to the staring contest... I said I’d like the chicken there 👉🏻👉🏻👉🏻... she added it, then I asked what is that? She answered “chicken”. I said “Oh, is that the same as the other chicken?”, she replies “no, with onions”. So now I know there’s chicken with onions and no onions, okay we’re getting somewhere. Then I take a breath because I need to know what the rest of the food is as I got two food options, she says, “pork”. At this point I’m over the whole experience, complete lack of customer service, care for their customers and their assuming mentality you know what is under the glass case. I said, “pork please”. Also it’s cash only here. The food I was assuming would be as horrible as the customer service and I was right. Disgusting/ lukewarm... never will I return, never will I say good things about my experience or the food. A little kindness goes a long way even if the food is bad to compensate. The combo of both is devastating. I’m not sure how they get...

Ordered orange chicken, if you can even call it that. The orange chicken is soo soggy and wet and taste exactly like wet cardboard. (No exaggeration, it has been reheated soo many times, it is not even refried). Beside the God awful food, the worst is how the old aisan woman in the front desk treats everyone who walks in and trying to order food with the most rude and unprofessional manner one can imagine. The Chinese buffet a block away serves way better food and treat their customers with at least respect (You don't even get treated with diginity from this place.). This restaurant is not even ok. It should be renamed to Dreadful...

I want that restaurant shut down for good and for the safety of people's health because yesterday was January 21, 2016 and I got a combo meal to go and the employees were laughing at me like if something funny was going on or they were making fun of me so I got my order and left the restaurant and when I got home and started eating I found a total of four hairs inside my food and a piece of plastic inside the the chicken that I ordered so whoever reads this better not go there cuz somebody will end up getting food poisoning and probably die and the city and the food inspectors better check...
