I finally tried Goi Vietnamese Eats in Los Feliz and wow… this place is basically the Vietnamese Chipotle I didn’t know I needed. The whole concept is build-your-own: you can customize bowls, bánh mì, or fresh spring rolls the same way you’d do a burrito bowl at Chipotle, but with all the bright, herbaceous Vietnamese flavors.
Everything tastes incredibly fresh. The spring rolls were light and crisp, the bowls are super versatile with tons of protein and topping options, and the egg rolls are hands-down a must order (crispy perfection). They’ve even got a green sauce that gives everything an extra kick.
