**RESPONSE TO FLORAL ART BY MIA: Dear Floral Art by Mia, I just read your bizarre & false response to my review. I was shocked.

Lie #1:, You said in your response you offered to deliver the vase that was described with the Whimsical arrangement but you never did! That was the entire dispute. First, you told me that you couldn't fit the premium flower bundle in it, then you told me my son didn't want the vase (according to him, untrue), and then you told me that you didn't have the vase. All of this was on three different calls you made to me.

Lie #2. I called my son to verify your comment he told you not to bring the striped vase. He said he actually told you that if you could bring it, that would be great. He said that both times you called him you said you were going to take the flowers back. (What florist does this?)

Lie #3. You mention me looking for free flowers or a discount in your response. That's totally false. I never asked you for a discount. I would never think of asking you for free flowers. I asked you to deliver the flowers in the vase that was described and pictured on your website. (Later, when I wrote my review I mentioned that you could have offered an apology for not delivering the vase and offered some discount for not sending the arrangement in the vase described as it seems to me a better way to do business.)

Lie #4. You were never 'in the middle' between my son and I. He was home sick. I was shocked that you kept calling him and demanding the flowers back. (So was he.) I've never seen a florist do this.

Lie #5. You said I kept calling your business. It's simply not true. I didn't. You kept calling both me and my son. Your calls are on my phone log. I called once to let you know you delivered the wrong vase and asked for the right one. And I called you once in response to your voicemail telling me you planned to go to my son's house and retrieve the flowers! You called me numerous times. You were so loud and angry each time you called me that my husband could hear you from an adjacent room. I couldn't get a word in edgewise.

Shock #7. We just checked our credit card. You CHARGED US IN FULL for this delivery even though you TOOK HIS FLOWERS BACK. This is shocking.

Original Review: Saddest flower delivery ever. I don't plan to shop at Floral by Mia again. I spent hours pouring over flower shops in LA to find just the right place to order flowers for a very special person who was ill. I finally chose Floral Art by Mia as it had just the right arrangement, cheerful and according to the website delivered in a modern b&w striped vase. It was the right vibe and I was quite excited, especially since I knew this very special person would love having the vase for future flowers. Instead, the flowers were delivered in a drab, ugly dull and very dark vase. Hardly a cheerful arrangement and definitely not the one I'd ordered. My relative was excited & surprised to receive flowers but even he commented on the dark vase. I called the store to ask them to take over the bring him the actual vase I'd ordered with the arrangement but they were of no help. Mia's staff was rude & unapologetic, and its solution, rather than to deliver the right vase was to have their deliver person back to my ill relative's house and retrieve the flowers. I have never heard of a florist doing this. They offered me no word of kindness, no apology, they did not offer a partial refund for sending the wrong vase. Instead, they stone cold. They called my ill relative, told him they were coming to pick up the arrangement. It was incredibly sad to think that what began as a gesture of love & excitement to cheer up a very special person in our lives ended with us...

Stunningly beautiful flowers! Mia and her crew made the centerpieces and a table swag for my mother-in-law’s recent birthday party at Louvre Banquet hall. She also fashioned corsages for me and my mother-in-law and a boutonnière for my husband. All the flowers were incredibly beautiful and were excellent with the rest of our decor for the party. The banquet hall is less than half a block from the banquet hall. Mia and her team delivered the flowers in person. Mia supervised the delivery and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction before she departed. Her prices were very reasonable for the quality of arrangements that she delivered. I highly recommend “Floral Art by Mia” for your floral needs. Her proximity to the Louvre Banquet hall makes her an especially great choice...

I searched several web sites before calling an ordering..i was buying very expence orchids ($175.00) for close relatives. The photos was beautiful, but was deleivered was completely different without notice. I called to Complain about also mediate with the price. MIA screamed and told me she was going to pick up the flowers , than give me a refund. Aftet several negitive conversations , Julius, The owner of the shop called me back and told me half price would be negotiated... I agreed after several phone calls he refunded me the $215 then charge me a $107just always check the order,,,sometimes it changed due to supply , but you should be notified first. This case it was...
