Yoshinoya San Pedro & Washington — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Went there Sunday around 4 pm to use my birthday coupon I couldn’t get the rewards App Working so I showed them I signed in online and showed them my birthday coupon online it had my name on it. It had that it was my birthday coupon that expired in four days. I asked him if they could assist me with it because I didn’t know how to get the code to them. They act like they did A gentleman began to help me then he stopped in the middle, blew his nose, grabbed a fork and a and a drink and walk to the back another gentleman who was mopping the floor. He said we can’t help you without the code so the thing was, you have to spend two dollars to get the birthday reward. I was going to spend the two dollars plus to get the birthday reward. They were acting like I was in there scamming trying to get something just for free. It really made me feel not happy and not good about the service. They were not willing to help me. Then I asked for a manager the guy that was mopping the floor said the manager will not be able to help you because you’re not using the app and you don’t have a code whether or not they were not willing and helpful trying to assist me. They were acting like I was trying to scam them, which I’ve been a loyal customer for many years And my birthday coupon expires in four days I was out of town so I waited till I got back to use my coupon and by the time you guys get this in return back to me my coupon to into the app like that is so inconvenient and...

Okay I have been a customer of this store for many years, some of the staff has been there forever, since the place open. I've enjoyed their friendliness and can easily point out those who I wonder how they can still be there. There are also some who I think should still be there since they really made you feel at home. As far as the food goes it good I mean its yoshinoya you get what you paid for. On occasions you would get a good serving and others you would wonder where is the rest of my meal. The place has been redone new seats they put the soda fountain inside which was good because anyone of the street would come and served themselves and in this area that's not a good thing. Also expect to be bothered by beggars in this store again since there plenty in the vicinity of the store. Also expect to have company who didn't even purchase something but are still eating there or just hanging out. Finally the restroom there are two unisex restrooms which would probably have an out of service sign, but believe me they're not this was something started by the evening crew so that wouldn't have to clean them once they had been cleaned...lol, but now it seems it carried over to the day...

This place is a lawsuit writing to happen. Someone find an attorney. Slam dunk case. The bathroom has been out of service for months. But if you are Latino. And ask to use the facilities in espanol. You will get a key or token. Blatant racism. Im looking for an attorney ASAP. I feel so discriminated against. And to be denied use of the facilities being a paying customer is heartbreaking. And embarrassing, I feel less of a human being. Im going to get video evidence. Someone must make this right. Im scared to east here. I wouldn't be surprised if saliva was in the dishes of anyone who isn't pale skinned Spanish. If you look black, you're out of luck till you start speaking Spanish. If you think Im being false. Send any Mexican in, paying customer or not asking to use the facilities. Quick access. Then send any brown skinned person in directly after. DENIED.. They will tell you its out of order.
