There's street parking too but never used it Party size: 1 Environment/ambience: pretty quick, all tables where removed and/or not used due to COVID-19. Seems pretty clean but never used the restroom. 6 foot markers Service: was good. The app needs some updating; you can only apply one coupon at a time (with 60 min expiration once redeemed via app). Using the app leads to points, which leads to rewards, etc. You can also apply the points afterwards with the receipt barcode code. The service in the restaurant was good; pretty prompt and haven't missed anything. You can also input the coupon codes into the app for convenience but the coupon limitation makes the app not convenient for using more than 1 coupon. You can use the app for one coupon and bring the other to use manually though (to get the points) Food: was good; been eating Yoshinoya for years. Cost: with coupons it's totally worth it, 2 large bowls for $9, buy one and get one free for both sizes. I used one of the coupons and it was a free bowl with purchase of a drink, which sounds awesome until you find out there are no fountain drinks and a can of pepsi is $2.29!! $2.29!! Read moreWent to this location this past weekend, and this may sound odd but felt I got robbed by the employee taking my order. I came in and had a coupon ready and handed it to her , that was the only thing I was going in for (2 combo plates) . But she was insisting that I had to get the sides, which I told her no I didn't want any but apparently I couldn't use the coupon without getting them. I've come here plenty of times and never been told this. Asked her when this changed and she said recently and not sure for how long this "deal" was going to last and that it was free, though she charged me 5.98 more than what I could spend but I was in a hurry and payed. Didn't think much about it till today, when I went to another location and they didn't try to get me to get sides , I asked them about it and they said no , they never got a memo to sell sides with coupons. The lady gave false advertisement not sure why? , I was polite and so was she , so not sure why she would lie about this?. Or maybe it's only certain locations might be doing this? ... if that's the case there should be signs about it somewhere up front mentioning this.Anyway not planning of coming to this location any time soon. I was told loudly enough that every patron within the restaurant could hear it being said, which was "to take [my] EBT card elsewhere," deliberately as if to try and embarrass me. When it was their card reader that wasn't working, as immediately afterwards, I walked across the parking lot and was able to use it just fine at the 7-Eleven 40 yards away. Called Corporate, and no one has ever called me back to apologize or talk to me further about this incident, or so much as reassurance that steps would be taken to improve the customer service training of their employees. As within the last 12 months alone, there have been several other times with more multiple other employees at this location, who have been openly rude and downright hostile to the customers and patrons, who are choosing to give their business to them.
