Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Los Banos

Dutch bros has the best employees in the service industry! Always being greeted, welcomed, and appreciated.

Unfortunately this experience had a weird drive through interaction. With any dual lane drive through, it is not uncommon to be one or two cards ahead or behind of your place.

Today was bad, four cars from the other lane proceeding forward before a single car from the lane i was in moved. Another two cars behind me in the other lane received drinks from a runner quickly too and were able to leave quickly.

Having six cars that arrived after me order, receive their drinks, and leave before I could receive the drinks i already ordered was very disappointing. I had never spent so long in a Dutch Bros drive through ever. I hope this was a one...

I pulled up prepared for the lines to be crazy long since it just opened, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was not bad. They had multiple people out taking orders, all of them were happy, friendly and swift, which made everything that much faster! As we pulled up towards the window to receive our drinks, a man came out (I wish I would have paid more attention to his name tag!) Brought our drinks out while the car ahead was also being served their items. He was incredibly friendly, said hello to my kids and had us on our way fast! Extremely pleased with my service and will definitely be back! So happy to have a Dutch...

I ordered the white zombie freeze and it was delicious, you can taste the coffee through all the added flavors.

Yes, the lines are long but they go fast, we were here 10 minutes max. They bring your drink out to you and as soon as you approach the drive-thru window, you can just pull off to the side and exit the line.

One last thing - this was my first time here so I made sure to look at the menu beforehand, they have A LOT more items not listed on their drive-thru menu so do your research although I did overhear an employee helping another first timer find something they liked and they sounded very helpful in...
