I would LOVE to speak to the owner in regards to my experience I just had at this location. Unfortunately, my kids decided they wanted to eat here while watching movies 😒 and how unfortunate the other location was closed already. Anyhow, The drive thru LADY needs to have serious sit down and be talked with. She was fine when I went through the drive thru the first time BUT when I returned to return my COLD/FROZEN tacos she had A SERIOUS attitude. I expect HOT FOOD, I mean if I wanted cold food I would order cold food! She said “THEY ARENT FROZEN” and my response was “well they a pretty cold and very close to frozen” she then says with a COMPLETE ATTITUDE “YOU DONT NEED TO LIE ABOUT IT!” yeah, well she doesn’t know me and I DON’T lie. I tried to tell her I want HOT tacos and they are ALMOST frozen! But she was so mad, NOT LISTENING and she turned away to grab the new bag. Well, she pretty much handed me the new bag with a SERIOUS attitude so I grabbed it and she then told me I didn’t need to GRAB the bag! Well what she want me to do, have her toss it in my car? Seriously?! She then SLAMMED the drive thru window. And when I say “slammed” I mean she SLAMMMMEEED it beyond slamming! I don’t think the OWNER would appreciate a broken window because a employee can’t handle a complaint! She actually should be apologizing to me for my experience and for COLD FOOD. As I’m driving off my husband checks the order AND the supposed remade “new” tacos are just as cold as the first ones!!! Seriously! What kind of employees do you have working there that can’t handle a simple solution, at least with a better attitude!? As a customer I expect HOT food, what I paid for! I will NEVER EVER RETURN to this location EVER. This isn’t the first time either I am given cold food from this location. Seems to be the night crew too. But this woman, she needs to be talked too! Her general attitude is NOT working with clientele! She went over the top here! Read moreWe rarely go to this Jack in the Box, but after more than a year, we decided to give it another try and order something online. I placed a very large order and went to pick it up myself— after returning home, of course, several items were missing.
One of the combos was missing both the drink and fries and we were missing an entire burger, even though the receipt showed I was charged for it and the items were checked off on the receipt as if they had been included. This seems to happen every time—there’s always something I paid for that’s not in the bag.
On top of that, all the fries we did receive were cold and stale, and all the food tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. The 13 dollar spicy chicken sandwich meal was cold and hard, as if the chicken patty had been sitting out all day.
I don’t eat fast food often, but for the price we paid, the quality just wasn’t worth it at all. The only reason we chose this place was because everyone happened to bring it up for once, and honestly, the whole experience was disappointing. If the prices were lower, I might be more forgiving—but at this point, I wouldn’t even consider coming back, not even for something quick. I know the tacos aren't supposed to be gourmet, but when there's barely a teaspoon of meat in them, what’s the point? I reached out to customer service and no response yet, I doubt I will receive one.

I’ve noticed the times that I visit the manager (older gentleman) is usually on the shift so that could be why, but I’m not complaining lol. It’s definitely more pricey now but I use the app for discounts.
