Jalisco — Restaurant in Los Fresnos

This restaurant has got to be the one with the Worst customer service in the valley. They will Never greet you with a Good Morning or a smile in their face, they answer the phone saying just "Jalisco?" and that's it. They never say Good Morning, What would you like to order or anything nice to make the customer feel welcome. Looks like they are always in a bad mood specially one of the the younger females, been a customer for years now cause the food was okay, untill this past weekend when the Menudo had a weird smell and the meat was very dark and had a rubbery texture. We decided to call and let them know, the lady after explaining the Menudo was okay, just told me to take it back then just hung up on me while I was still...

Jalisco was sooo good. I got tacos, my wife got flautas, and my son got tamales. The food was well portioned, hot, and delicious. The pineapple water was very tasty. Service was friendly, and courteous. I will definitely re-visit next time that I am in town. Arlon F....

No recomiendo el lugar para nada emoezando por la mesera anda como obligada a trabajar nada de amabilidad vas a ordenar y como si le pidieras regalado después de que nos sirvió el café súper frío nos dice que es lo único que tiene siempre las veces que hemos ido se equivoca en la orden una vez hasta el cocinero tubo que venir para explicarle que mi desherbada la quería sin picante Claro es negocio y solo la gente que tiene necesidad o ninguna opción irán ahí Yo no vuelvo a ir y quien me pregunte por algún lugar que recomendar no recomiendo ninguno porque en todas partes les fallan 20 cosas no hay mejor que cocinar en casita así lo hago lo eh hecho y lo seguiré haciendo todo lo hacen ya...
