I wish I can give this location 0 stars. 3 women employees kept neglecting me when I told them that I had a mobile order of 2 coffees and a fish filet. I was waiting in my car for so long, so I came back in for help. There was a lady and she was serving other customers that came after me, I thought she would help me after but instead, she completely ignored me. It was past half an hour and she was still taking her sweet time, she still kept rejecting me even after showing the receipt. It had been 50 minutes since they officially gave my order. But they gave me the 2 coffees without molded fiber cup holders. My hands could not even handle it and then I officially placed the coffees in my car. Then I was driving around the street, and then one of the coffee cup's lid opened and started spilling a bit on my son's left thigh, thankfully we were near a parking lot so he immediately got out without burning his thigh. They were racist because I am a Muslim and I was wearing a scarf around my head or also known as a hijab. This is my first time experiencing something like this and before. The guy at the window said he had already sent the first order through, but could make another one. When I went to hand him a $20 he let me know that he charged order number 1 to the card on file (i had given my code at the box to get points). The store wasn’t busy, but there was still a long line of customers waiting—not because of the crowd, but because the staff weren’t attentive. A woman who appeared to be a manager kept walking around doing nothing to assist, and even when I called her, she looked straight at me and walked away without saying a word. My food was sitting right in front of her, and I even told her it was mine, but she completely ignored me and kept walking back and forth as if I wasn’t there.
