This location refused to redeem any of 5 gift $10 gift cards purchased in 2018. Their gift card system seems to no longer support these cards, but it's illegal to expire gift cards in California. The manager, Priscilla, told me to check the balance with the phone number on the back (but the phone number is out of service - and the fraudulent thing is the same bogus phone number is on the cards they are selling in the store now). Or I was told to check online (but that website says "Something went wrong when checking card") I tried submitting 3x emails to the online customer support with no response for 2 weeks.
To resolve this, I ask the store manager to help me get to the bottom of why their system is expiring gift cards, or just refund the value on the cards.
Update: Noah's Bagels has completely ignored 5x messages to customer support via the website noted below, Gift Card website, and Facebook. They don't provide a working phone number, so I feel like it's just a big stiff-arm. They clearly don't care to provide...
Read moreMost ridiculous place! They gave us bagels with literally no cream cheese on it. We opened the bagel and one side was plain and the other side was light.
Upon asking them to fix it "we are portioned and that's all we can do" very rudely!! I asked how are we supposed to eat this she said "bring it back and show me ". Which I did in the middle of my son trying to take a bite who was super hungry. Upon seeing it "yes that looks right, we portion it".
At this point I was already quite annoyed and said can I just buy some more. She said that would be $.89. And she started to ring and then said. No its $1.79 now. And for $1.79 I got 1Tbsp of cream cheese!!!
Priscilla and the rest of the crew was just outright rude. Possibly frustrated with some policy makers who asked them to follow these terrible rules.
Thanks Noah bagels, never...
Read morePlace is great, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering the chorizo burrito. I usually order in person and I request for a modification of eggs whites instead of regular egg. The staff is always great and gets my order just how I like it. However, today I had to order on Doordash and I wasn’t able to leave a note to modify my order. So I called the restaurant and some lady answered. Not sure if it was the managers, but it turns out that they “can’t” do that because they make all the burritos the day before. Indeed yes, when I received my burrito it did not taste as fresh at all as when I go in person. This really grossed me out. It does not make sense to me why they make the burritos the day before but not the bagels? Fresh food should be their priority. Definitely won’t be ordering that again....
