Pizza My Heart — Restaurant in Los Gatos

It was my first time eating here so I was very excited, however when I entered I could tell it was very chaotic. All of the workers were very distracted and disorganized as I had a wait a long time to order my pizza. I had to repeat various times because the workers kept talking to each other and cutting me off to speak to each other about other orders and tasks. Not only that but when I went to pay the cashier ( a woman with tattoos and curly red hair) was extremely rude when my brother changed his mind about a pizza he didn’t want to wait 10 minutes for. She gave us a glaring stare and had a really bad attitude and rude tone that it made it us incredibly nervous to even order something else from the menu . And yelled at us when she repeated the order. Since it was my first time there I asked if I could get a ranch and she yelled and me and held her hand up and said RANCH IS FREE!!! like if I had a asked a stupid question. Anywhere I got I always have to pay extra for ranch so I assumed I had to pay extra. After we ordered we sat down and I got one of my slices (Manresa) right away and but the other slice(ham& pineapple) it took well over 10 minutes and I had to get up and ask for it and they had forgotten about it. We recently moved to Los Gatos and dined at Pizza My Heart in our neighborhood, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations! Despite being in an area not known for its vegan options, this pizzeria has truly embraced the vegan scene.

First and foremost, their vegan pizza options are outstanding. The crust is perfectly crispy, and they offer multiple wonderful plant-based pies! Beyond the pizza, the staff was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable about their vegan offerings.

What really sets Pizza My Heart apart is their commitment to inclusivity. They understand that more and more people eat plant based for various ethical, environmental, health reasons and they offer a diverse menu that caters to all.

Edit: We received our pizza, which tasted great. We understand that mistakes happen, and that it can be a logistic hassle to fix such through Uber Eats. The staff member on the phone handled the communication of our problem very professional. However, it took too long to fix the problem (see below).

First we ordered 2 pizza's. One had the wrong toppings (apple instead of artichokes), which can happen.

So we called up, and they said we will get the correct one in 45 minutes. It's a long time in my opinion, but acceptable.

After 1 hour still no pizza so called them up again. They said they didn't have the address, and it'll take another 30 minutes for the pizza to be delivered, while the restaurant is right across the highway, a 3 minute ride away.

So all in all, (at the time of writing, still no pizza) it took around 2 hours. Disappointing.
