Burger King — Restaurant in Los Lunas

One of my favorite things about Burger King is the variety of food options they offer. There's something for everyone on the menu, from burgers and fries to chicken sandwiches and salads. And if you're in the mood for something sweet, they have a great selection of desserts, too.

Another thing I love about Burger King is their prices. They're very reasonable, especially for the quality of the food. I can usually get a full meal for under $10.

Finally, I just want to say that the staff at Burger King in Los Lunas is always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience.

Whenever you order you could get creative before, they even offered $1 8 piece before. Now they made some changes that don't feel like they're in favor of the customer. Things like 2 4 5 is no longer a thing, maybe they couldn't afford it anymore. If you order a 2 for something, their system automatically charges you for the most expensive burger, a way to curve loses I suppose but honestly that to me seemed like a clever way to save people money. It screams corporate greed all the way, especially since that's how the workers explained it. If I hear the workers were fired to save face, know that BK corporate is at work here. Idk if it's regional here in NM or an intentional issue but even if the other way wasn't perfect at least it doesn't force you to spend how greedy CEO's want you to spend. Whenever they mess up before they used to offer free pies and stuff but now the nuggets are really the reason I come back. That or the BK app offers something really good occasionally and if Taco Bell's drive through...

My order was missing a sandwich at the drive up, they made me bring my receipt in, the person that was at the drive up said they would fix it no problem, the manager on duty was extremely rude, especially to the drive up employee, the manager on duty shouted out exactly what to make to the line staff, the manager then gave me a pice of chicken, mayo and lettuce on a bun, exactly what was said to the line staff, while lookingat me like i was un truthful. I ordered a bacon swiss chicken sandwich that I payed for. I didn't even go back inside to get what I paid for because I felt so disrespected...that was last time i was there. Today was even worse I waited along with more than four customers inside for over 40 minutes and we were treated the same if not worse while all employees were just joking around and not caring about customers or doing their job.
