Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Los Lunas

It’s the third time I come to this location at exactly 10pm or a few minutes before and the doors are already locked while the website said it is scheduled to close at 11pm for dine in/drive through. I was thinking the website is outdated but the sign posted on the door has the same scheduled time to close and so far this is the only location that closes 1-1 1/2 hours before scheduled hours. I am a truck driver and my truck cannot fit through the drive through. It is just disappointing that this location cannot adhere to the posted schedule. Some employees provide good customer service but most have a long face as if they are being forced to be there. I try not to dine in for that reason. Kind of ruins the environment. I really tried to be a consistent customer since I’m new to the area but this location is giving me a bad taste. I love Carls Jr but not this location in Los Lunas, NM. I know I’m just one customer and this review may not carry any weight but I do hope managements does a better job on checking up on their people and updating their information. Being from California I'm just glad there is a Carl's Jr. in Valencia County. The prices are too high but that's across the board for fast food restaurants--whether it's the franchise or the corporation, it's not okay and you're probably not paying your workers well and keeping all the money for yourselves. Not cool. These workers here are consistently friendly, working hard and deserve better. My go-to for this place is the Jalapeno Poppers and Criss Cut fries. Once in a blue moon I enjoy the guac burger but again, too expensive and the size and quality of the burgers has declined in the last 10 years. Don't think we the consumers have not noticed. Also, you guys do not put enough carbonation in the soda!! Everytime I come here if I dare order a soda, it's FLAT. Would it hoit to check the levels and boost the CO2 a bit? Anyway, my sides are always good, the ladies are always friendly and doing their best. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait but thankfully the food is hot. Dining area is clean the times...

I went 20 minutes BEFORE they closed like i’ve done in the past multiple times before and was no issue till tonight. the little girl who was working DT on may 18th around 10:40pm said on the speaker that she took her last order and she was done for the night, i asked why? she said “ i have to count my drawers and clean i have stuff to do.” i’m sorry but im a manager at a fast food restaurant as well, your not supposed to be doing that.. that’s a very bad excuse to not take my order .. she was very rude about it no “sorry” or nothing just trying to argue through the speaker. very unprofessional behavior and needs to be dealt with. I know a few people that have applied here that would do a better job then she did, lucky i didn’t call...
